Due to courier problems at the start. I must say the referee store is second to none with customer service. Can't fault them and sorted out the problem and recieved the order perfectly wrapped.
Found the website easy to navigate. Plenty of varity of good quality accessories. Ordered arrived within a few days. 48 hr tracked royal mail. Will be using again

Orders not taken seriously
I placed an order on Wednesday. I paid $12.99 for 2-4 day shipping. They discounted they day that I placed the order and the next day to process it, so they figured that Friday was going the day that it shipped. It's now going to deliver on Thursday, 5 days after their assumed ship date. After calling, they are willing to remove the $4.99 expedited shipment. They have good products, but they do not know how to run a business. I'd advise looking elsewhere.

Great customer service and perfect coordination that meet customer satisfaction ... even when the item was out of stack in my order but they were able later to get it to me and ship it without charging shipping fee & I appreciate that.

Buyer Beware
I placed a 1st time order with this business for both football & basketball referee gear. When I received my order (2) two items were missing. Basketball ref shoes & an all weather football shirt. When I attempted to reach someone by telephone ( impossible) I left a message but never received a return p/c. I was prompted to use their chat group which I did. It took several days for the business to inform me that the items I ordered were no longer being manufactured & they will refund my money. However when I checked their page the shirt & shoes are still showing as in stocks & available. You would think an out of stock item would show immediately, so why did it take so long to let me know you no longer carry the items? I will not use this store in the future as I feel they were not professional when dealing with my issues. Note: my total bill was almost $500. Also I checked for my refund today & its not even showing as being posted!!!

Are you sure you ordered with us? We are based in the United Kingdom and sell referee kit to UK football/soccer referees only.
We do not sell any basketball kit/equipment.
Perhaps you mixed us up with a US based company??

refereestore.com where it says "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" well, their devices did NOT work!

Best referee supplier in England
Best referee supplier in England. Every order I have received has been prompt. 1 order had a minor defect, which was refunded instantly with zero quibbles and a replacement provided. Excellent products, excellent service.

Bought a new whistle (Fox 40 Epik with lanyard) to use for football coaching.
Great whistle, fast and efficient service.
Love the whistle had one before so replaced it with a red one this time.

Awesome referee store
Great customer care! Got my shipping in two weeks from UK to Sweden which is quite good considering that UK is not in the EU anymore. I will for sure order from The Referee Store again. Wish you guys all the best!

Socks whipped after two days of usage
Socks wripped after two days of usage, with holes around toes, cards were not of the correct quality (although were replaced) and shorts had tears were they had been damaged in transit. Iron on badge then damaged the mid layer with no replacement sent out.

Hi Mr Trusler, As per our terms and conditions, and as is mentioned on the product page for the 'Iron on Yourself Badges' - "We cannot be held responsible for any errors whilst you apply your badge yourself at home" - We do send out full instructions on how to apply the badge with it - and other customers do not seem to have any issues with applying the badge correctly.

You contacted us yesterday via email asking why your order that you placed on the evening of 17th March had not arrived in Malta.
Your order was dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail and you were sent tracking information.
This tracking information states that the order has left the UK and is due to arrive in Malta.
Sometimes, international deliveries can take some time due to your local Customs procedures and depending on how busy/often the flight is between both countries.
We did explain this to you via email. We actually replied to your email within minutes.
