Did not run true to size ran large. Said 7-10day delivery, but took almost 4wks. Received a review form from them and after i filled it out it immediately changed it to a 5 start and replaced the comments with their own.

It's a scam, do not buy from this company and especially do not purchase the delivery insurance which is also part of their scam. They will say you gave the wrong delivery address and request you pay a wrong address charge which is more than the original delivery cost, but saying you gave the wrong address, it voids the delivery insurance.

It is obvious that this company has ceased trading.
I purchased 9 items of thermal underwear which were delivered in super-quick time, although one item was not as ordered. Worst still, having worn a T-shirt without pre-washing I was covered in dye.
All the remaining items were washed on a low temperature but everything shrunk.
Lesson learnt, I feel I will never buy online from a unknown trader. Such a shame the high street is disappearing, a charity shop would have been a better experience.

Received my order January 11th of 3 pairs of thermal long johns. Sadly unable to pull them up as far too short even though I ordered them larger than my size. Wanted to return them. Got my email returned by the postmaster and web site is no longer there. Should I chance sending them back or put it down to losing £20.

My order arrived and neither the top or trousers fit at all despite claiming to be bigger than my size as I sized up to ensure good fit. Company email address and website no longer exist so it seems that I can’t send my items back or get a refund.

i placed a order on the 5th January and received a email saying it would arrive 2-3 days. i still have not received my order the contact email address cannot be reached and the telephone number given on the internet someone answers and said they are nothing to do with the company the website i ordered the garments from no longer exsists so i am contacting mt bank for a refund

Awful, my daughter ordered 3 black in small and 1 charcoal. The black ones, the sleeves were 2-3 inches short and baggy in the body. 1 also has a hole in the cuff were it hasnt been sawn the material isnt very nice either. The charcoal one, fit is a small and correct in the sleeve though the neck is very small,but tolerable.In conclusion,will buy from the supermarkets in future as the quality is far better.

Great Thermal Vests but need a lot more V necks please.

Good value for money thermals. Very soft and warm. Great fit. Good communications with the company when there was a query. Am not one to easily sing praises but would definitely shop with them again and recommend to others.
