I highly recommend this company. I received a discount to my considered purchase as a new customer. No concerns with delivery. I emailed the company as I couldn’t see the keys to the gorgeous cabinet I purchased. I received a speedy response to my email. Staff were exceptionally helpful and said they would happily send out keys if I couldn’t find them. Staff kindly sent a photo of where the hidden keys should be which was hugely helpful. Thanks to this I found the keys hidden in the cabinet.

Staff really do value their customers. Their emails aren’t your standard bland robotic responses. Staff care and want the best for each and every customer. I’ll keep my eyes open for any discounts as I’m tempted to buy a matching cabinet!

Sent the item out promptly during the Christmas run up. Was as on the website, good quality item.

Great experience and super quick delivery. Rug I wanted was out of stock but they gave me the option to either refund or pay a little extra (after them discounting) for a bigger. Having the two options was really nice. Ended up going for the bigger one and it turned out for the better! 10/10 customer service, highly recommend :-)

Incredibly aesthetic, interesting and organised website and layout and easy to navigate. Great for enticing the creative, and sparks interest for anyone starting or veteran in the interior design world! The buying and postal process was smooth.

The customer experience is outstanding, like I’ve never seen.
1) rug was out of stock, they reserved me one and privately messaged me a customized email.
2) I asked to ship to Portugal (the roots state they deliver UK only), and they managed to find a personalized shipping company to deliver in my address.

There isn’t much companies out there doing this customer service. You deserve the spotlight 10/10 would recommend

Outstanding service and beautiful framed picture from the Roost that I bought as a gift. The timeline was a little last minute and the Roost team delivered on time and with great customer service throughout. The selection of products on the site is also incredible and I love the design tool so I can see how things would look in situ. Couldn't recommend enough!
