We ordered a custom made rug from The Rugs Warehouse and had excellent service right from the initial query through to the delivery of our lovely rug. Excellent, helpful, speedy and friendly communications throughout and a wonderful product. They even sent us a ready made rug so that we could check the colours were right for our room.
