Fantastic service
Fantastic service. We live in Scotland and the person who came yesterday to sanitise a massive sewage mess in our house was beyond amazing. The attention to the details, the accuracy in his job and the thorough DEEP cleaning was impressive. Not many people have ever shown such dedication and be so professional. Thank you so much! (Also, we called them in the morning, in the afternoon this person was already here).

Avoid where possible
Would not trust this company as far as I could throw them, no honesty, or integrity, treat their employees as a number, and to be fair to the poor guys out on the roads doing their stuff, they deserve so much more respect than this company is giving them.

Boxes of paper from a flooded cellar
We contacted Safe Group after a flooded cellar; we had a large amount of boxes of paper that was wet and very unpleasant. Gary and Rob removed them for us, up a flight of stairs too. They were professional and just got on with it. Brilliant service from the team including Sarah in the office right through to the Rob & Gary. Also they advised us what to do to get the smell sorted. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Suzanne at Citizens Advice Bromsgrove & Redditch.

Excellent service
Today I had Andy Barnes from Safegroup come to site to remove waste for us. I highly recommend using them for the "man in a van" service. I asked him if he required help as there were some heavy items however he declined and removed this by himself. Quick and efficient. Extremely polite, and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be using again.

First class service from Viv.
I met Viv Wallace from safegroup this evening when he arrived to deep clean our shop after a flood. He went above the call of duty to make sure that the shop looked perfect for us to reopen again in the morning. He is a very friendly fella and we had a good time while getting the job done properly. Have no hesitation in calling safegroup if you need a great cleaner.

Excellent service
Excellent service, Craig arrived on time and did a great job of moving my old bathroom from my front garden into the van with a smile on his face even when he had to carry everything across the road as my ignorant neighbours wouldn't move their cars from outside my house. Can't fault the service, highly recommend SafeGroup

Rubbish clearing and vermin preventative work
Courtney and Nigel did a great job of clearing an area that was covered in discarded rubbish that had been there for a while and was housing approx 30 rats. They removed the rubbish from the site itself and sanitised the whole area to discourage any further vermin activity including an area that wasn't easy to access by personnel. I would highly recommend this company.
