We were met on arrival and fast tracked through, the whole experience was easy from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The booking process was smooth and any changes were made seamlessly. I would recommend The School Trip, for any youth group wanting to visit the Aerospace Museum.

When we arrived at the theatre we were greeted by the friendly ushers and ticket staff. There were a few large groups to get in but staff communicated with our staff brilliantly and we didn't have to wait too long to be shown to our seats.

The show was simply amazing. Our kids loved it. Thank you to everyone at the Theatre for being so friendly and welcoming

The class had a great day at Bristol Aerospace. The workshops were fun and engaging. They had great interactions with the crew. They enjoyed exploring concorde and finding out about the history of flight in the museum.

Our trip to Aerospace was fantastic! Although it was a very hot day, we managed to stay cool throughout. Benjy led the workshop, keeping our lively group of children thoroughly entertained and engaged for a full hour—everyone found it fascinating. The volunteers were incredibly patient, answering the children’s endless questions with a smile. We enjoyed our lunch in an air-conditioned room, which was much appreciated. The children were busy and captivated all day, and the time flew by. I would highly recommend this experience!

Colin made the whole process very straightforward. We've not attempted a trip to the West End before now, let alone an evening show. We needed to add extra tickets a few times over the year due to new students joining and the response on email was both quick and polite. We will be adding this trip to our yearly calendar. The children really enjoyed their evening. All of the things I thought would be stressful - getting into the threate, seating, ice-cream orders etc were seamless. The theatre staff were also fantastic.

We had an inspirational visit to Aerospace Bristol. The entire process, from the initial enquiry through to invoicing and preparation for the visit, was outstanding. The level of organisation and communication both before and after the visit was excellent and made everything run smoothly.
Our Concorde guide, Andrew Iles, was wonderful, engaging, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable. He brought the Concorde story to life and made the experience both memorable and inspiring for our students.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Paddington Bear™ Experience. From the very beginning, the booking process was incredibly simple and straightforward, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Communication was excellent, and there was always someone available to get back to us, which made organising our trip completely stress-free.
On the day itself, the staff were absolutely wonderful. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and welcoming, and the actors were exceptional. They were so engaging, energetic and brilliant with the children, bringing the whole experience to life in a truly magical way.
The children absolutely loved every moment of the trip and were captivated from start to finish. It was fantastic to see such excitement and joy throughout the day. In fact, so many of the adults who attended have already said they will be bringing their own children back during the summer holidays.

The School Trip made the organisation of this trip so easy. They were in constant communication and did everything they could to meet our needs (A large group of 30 primary school children). The times we needed were allocated and everything went smoothly according to plan. They also provided a script of the experience for our deaf children meaning that our BSL teachers could prepare for the visit. I would highly recommend this company when booking school trips as they go above and beyond to provide you with exactly what you need.

The musical theatre choir from St Phil's felt lucky to see Hadestown on Thursday July 2nd. The process of ordering, paying and receiving tickets was smooth and the musical was excellent. Upon arrival, the ushers were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend School Trips.

Colin was great to work with to plan and book our trip to Matilda the musical. We are an SLD school for students with complex needs and behaviours. The School Trip are fantastic! They help so much with a school trip cutting out a big part of the booking process which can be very stressful for teachers! The whole team is fantastic and I will use them for trips for as long as I can!

The School Trip offered the best deal on tickets for 60 children to watch Matilda the Musical. We were allocated incredible seats in the stalls for £25 each, including 6 free adults. They took the stress out of searching for tickets and communicated well.

Huge thanks go to Colin, from The School Trip, who was so helpful, making the planning of this trip very user friendly. A minor communication error was quickly rectified, and all went smoothly. The Gillian Lynne Theatre staff (esp. Romy) could also not have been more helpful, making the evening a joy.

The group of children I brought really enjoyed it! The actors were wonderful, and the staff was very accommodating. They carefully looked after all of our bags and were patient with the children. Highly recommend for children around 5-10. Any younger than 5 might get a bit frightened in the darker rooms; older than 10 might find it geared more towards the little ones, but this really depends on the specific child. There is a nice play area for the children to enjoy after the experience, with coloring, games and treats for purchase. We had a wonderful time!

What an amazing show! The talent on stage was phenomenal and our children loved watching it. The staff were great with us.
