The jacket I ordered was just beautiful! It was as pictured in all details which is awesome. Customer service is very responsive, kind and helpful. Ordered a jacket, 2 weeks and I still hadn’t received it. I commented on the Facebook post. I had a response and apology that day and they chased up delivery. I was very sceptical as I have made previous purchases from other companies which turned out to be terrible quality and not what was advertised. The jacket has been delivered today and I love it! Looks exactly like the post which made me order it. Well done Serenity 🥰

The Aurelia faux fox fur jackets which are advertised as £51 half price are actually available on Shein for a fraction of the price depending on colour from £20-£29. This is a rip off! (Women's Faux Fur Jacket "Sydney Sunset" 2024 New Vegan Fur Short Coat ... Shein).

I ordered a blouse for my wife and it got delivered within 7 days, I am happy with the purchase. Also I wanted to mention the delivery could have been a little faster. But overall happy with their service

een kleedje besteld , zoals altijd zag het er mooi uit op foto , na 4 weken hebben we dit ontvangen , maat was veel te groot en zeer slechte afwerking , dit teruggestuurd voor een kleinere maat , na enkele mails die we stuurden uiteindelijk een reactie gekregen met excuses dat de e-mail vast zat in de "back-log" .
Nadien nooit meer iets gehoord of gekregen , bedriegers !

This actually delivered exactly what it promised (and more). People love to complain over the smallest things, but if you actually give this a fair shot, you’ll see the quality for yourself. I stand by this purchase 100%, and I don’t regret it for a second.

They shipped dresses that looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Refused a refund. Fraudulent company operating from a fake UK address so you can’t pursue them legally. Came to find out these are Shein dresses with a mark up. Do not buy from this site. Rip off!
The seller did not respond to my email multiple times and after I emailed at their request. Proof was sent to trust pilot, the order definitely exists! Since I added them to Trust pilot they have added fake reviews. No reviews were available prior.
The website states - Refunds are not provided for change of mind, fit, or style preference - This is against the distance selling rules, they are breaking the law. I told them they didn’t care. They are a scam beware! Thankfully, I did get my money back as PayPal refunded as an ex gratis payment, they could see the sellers address and details given were fake.
