I’ve ordered from Kenyuniverse a few times now and every item I have gotten I have not been disappointed.

It's always so easy (and dangerous) going on the website, and finding things i didn't even know I wanted or needed. The website is easy and straight forward to navigate. They're also always very upfront about any delays, downtime, or setbacks. I will shop from then for as long as they keep putting out merch.

It's been almost 3 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet. I don't have any idea what's happening with my order as there hasn't been any updates on it since I purchased it.
I wish it was clear how long it would take to ship or prepare the order.

I love it. Probably one of the best places to get any Bangtan/Anime merch. The shipping was a bit slower than expected but with the pandemic and everything that’s going to happen. Definitely wouldn’t fault it, over something out of her control. I have another package on the way

I live this company so much omg. They have beautiful designs with many different size options so it’s Plus-Size-Friendly! They ship really fast and delivery is really fast too, plus the quality of everything is really great, 1000% recommend to anime and kpop fans!
