I have ordered from The Sewing Studio a number of times and it has been a consistently excellent service. Orders arrive quickly and are beautifully packed.

Excellent customer service. The lady that served me took time to explain and demonstrate the machine that I was looking at. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly all round.

I recently purchased a Janome sewing machine from The Sewing Studio. Before purchase, I rang them to discuss the various criteria I was looking for in a sewing machine to get some advice and they were very helpful in answering my queries and sharing their knowledge about various makes and models which could match my requirements. I chose to buy from them rather than another supplier as I got the sense of a welcoming and knowledgeable sewing community where they are happy to help customers, to share their knowledge and give expert advice. Very good delivery service -- I ordered my new machine on a Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day! I am very pleased with it, secure in the knowledge that I can call upon The Sewing Studio for help or advice if needed as I learn about, and get used to, my machine. A refreshing experience!

This is the second machine I’ve bought from the sewing studio and to be honest I will only be ordering from them from now on I bought a scan n cut last year and a new brother sewing machine 1 week ago… I wasn’t sure which one to buy so I used the “lets chat “ option I had great advice and bought my machine the next day( Fri) and it arrived via DPD on Sat. Excellent service helpful friendly staff I would highly recommend to anyone 😁

I love the Sewing studio. I watch their videos which are so informative and instructive. I wish I lived closer so that I could visit, but sadly everything I do is online! Please carry on with your amazing work.

I bought a walking foot for my janome sewing machine,, plus needles to use with stretchy fabrics. I’d struggled cutting out the pattern because the material was so stretchy and slippery. The walking foot and needle made sewing up my wraparound skirt very easy and straightforward. The items were delivered by Royal Mail, I didn’t have to wait long for them.

Great quality service, great selection if fabrics and designs. I love ordering from the Sewing Studio and can't wait for them to arrive.

Watched the demo on your site which was very informative about the threading and helped make my mind up.Machine arrived within 2 days of ordering,very well packaged and was actually handed over when I gave the code I was sent.
A totally added bonus was it actually arrived ready threaded,so just attach my cotton and feed through.

Needed a specific fabric design and managed to find the last piece at the Sewing Studio. As always easy to order and arrived promptly. Always good quality fabrics from here and good service.

Bought my first Janome 360DC. Then after much research I decided on the 360DC. I absolutely love it, beautiful to use as a returning sewer (not down anything for many years). Ordering was easy, delivery swift and safe. Not needed to contact company but I’ve had plenty of emails of support, they like to keep in touch which is reassuring. Excellent all round!

Can't really decide which item I have been asked to review for Sewing Studio, but I can honestly say that every contact and purchase i've made over the past few years and in particular with another sewing machine and topping up my fabrics in the last 2-3 months has been excellent!
Couldn't have asked for better advice towards new machine and after sales help with my ignorance.
