What an absolute waste of money and bad customer support.
Emailed them 5 times asking where my order is took 17days to arrive and then they where delivered they are cheap and nasty bent out of shape and total waste of money. No response from customer service and just ignore you.

I have purchased a pair of shades from this website, pair got delivered in 2 working days, I was quite shocked to see the presentation of the box and authenticity of the shades that I bought.
I definitely recommend this website for their 5 star service and authentic glasses.

Only a 30-day window to return

Only a 30-day window to return, Sunglasses Hut has a 90-day. Not sure my Ray-Ban's are real, suspect they are fakes.

We are sorry we couldn't accept your return after 80 plus days of use. 30 days return policy is standard across the United States and Europe. Our return policy is on our front page.
As we communicated to you, we have no exception to this policy, we understood that you will retaliate and give us a negative review on internet if we do not accept your return after 80 days (as you indicated in clear language). And we are again reiterating that we can take returns in good faith in our physical outlets but we are unable to encourage "review blackmailing" from anyone.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Placed and paid for an order with expedited 2 day shipping (because I have broken my glasses whilst visiting my daughter in the US during the Covid19 pandemic). I am a UK resident. The Order was cancelled after 48 hours ( not immediately) with no prior contact on the day I should have received the frames. The reason? It was suspected as fraudulent. No email, no explanation, not until after a passage of time. I am a grandmother visiting family who genuinely needed to replace her glasses. I would at least expect an email or query to verify or confirm if there was an error or requesting alternate payment prior to cancellation. I suspect the fraud would be on their part --for false advertising. They likely did not have the product at the price advertised. As a note: the CVC and zip were correct on my order. Perhaps contacting me prior to cancellation would have made sense? Perhaps then I could have paid with an alternate card attached to the US address. I will take my legitimate business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE.

Update: purchased the same frames cheaper online through a competitor with the same card and no issues. I have made many purchases with my UK card online in the US whilst visiting over the years without issue. Shadeshut must not need the business if they cancel orders without querying any anomalies. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and care.

Sorry for the inconvenience that our security system might have caused you.
As explained in the email we sent you, your order was cancelled because it was flagged as fraudulent. You mentioned in your review that you are from UK and visiting US and used your UK credit card for this order, that doesn't help when a credit card from a different country (UK) is used to buy something online while sitting in a different country (US), IP addresses are automatically logged to know the location from where the order has been placed.
More over, the Billing address, zip code and CVC code that was entered in the order was wrong. With the two red flags that are consistent with fraudulent orders, we had to cancel the order.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and as we advised in our email to you, please use PayPal to avoid the red flags when you are visiting a different country, the item you purchased is still in stock, please proceed to buy.

Terrible Customer Service

If I could give my experience with the shades hut zero stars then I absolutely would. The customer service is really terrible. If you ask for a refund they will argue with you and tell you that you’re wrong. They will do anything to keep your money. They’re very unprofessional.
