Very unsafe, was left locked out stranded at night
I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider. Their processes are incredibly unsafe. On my first night, I was locked out and stranded due to their cheap, faulty electronic lock system. There was no 24-hour contact available, so at 10 pm I had to find a bed at a hostel — without any of my belongings, which were locked in the room.
This is extremely unsafe. The management refused to take responsibility or properly fix both the electronic and regular turn-key lock system. They sent ‘maintenance’ the next morning who just replaced the batteries of the electronic lock. I ended up leaving early when the same exact issue happened the very next day, and remote customer service representative was being unhelpful and dismissive (asking me to send videos as evidence that the lock is not working, asking me how I was able to access the room the night before, telling me ‘maintenance’ should have fixed the problem already).
I genuinely worry that they won’t fix this problem, meaning the next guest could face the same situation. Accommodation with no local or after-hours contact and only remote customer service should not be allowed — it’s a serious safety issue. Imagine if you needed medication or had a flight to catch and were locked out.
I am currently trying to get a refund, but they continue to deflect blame rather than address the problem.

Estuvimos de vacaciones en El Palo en Málaga en un estupendo apartamento al cual no le faltaba el mínimo detalle aparte de estar realmente decorado con mucho gusto .. además la chica que se encargó de gestionar todo , llamada Alma es súper resolutiva en todo y súper súper agradable .. da gusto tratar con personas con esa amabilidad y buen hacer ! Sin duda por una de las cosas que volvería aparte de que el piso estaba genial es por el trato recibido que no pudo ser más servicial en cada momento ! Muchísimas gracias Alma ! Staff was available upon arrival however the codes on the apartment door did not work for about an hour and they suggested that I should go with 2 kids and 7luggages to get a key from HQ
Keys issues, staff seems to be ignorant about some of the available services, they also tend to blame to tourists about the situation. Example, you entered the wrong code or the cleaning staff did not report an outage of the AC. I would not use them.

We are truly sorry for the initial difficulties you encountered with the door code. Please rest assured that our team was fully available and actively supporting you during that time. In the end, we were able to resolve the issue remotely and provide you with access to the apartment. The suggestion to collect a key was simply offered as an additional precaution , with your comfort in mind , to avoid any further inconvenience, not as the only solution.
Regarding the air conditioning, we did not receive any prior reports indicating a malfunction. Even so, following your feedback, we asked our maintenance team to carefully recheck all the equipment in the apartment to ensure everything was working properly.
We regret that your impression of our service was not a positive one. Our intention is always to assist with respect, efficiency, and empathy, and we sincerely apologize if this was not how it came across. Your comments are very important to us and have been shared with the relevant teams to help us improve.

Su ubicación es ideal
Su ubicación es ideal, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa y a 15 minutos del centro. La casa ofrece gran comodidad, con camas confortables, aire acondicionado eficiente y ventiladores para quienes prefieren una alternativa y unas ventanas fantasticas. La cercanía a numerosos restaurantes es un plus. La disponibilidad de dos baños es muy conveniente. Justo enfrente, hay un aparcamiento de pago. Además, se ofrecen servicios de alquiler de bicicletas y patinetes frente a la casa. Repetiremos y recomiendo.

First Home in Spain
We stayed in this apartment for almost three months with our daughter and had a fantastic experience. The space is practical and well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The customer service was excellent, and the neighborhood is wonderful, with top shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Transportation access is also very convenient. Nos hemos alojado durante 4 días en estos apartamentos en Málaga con mi pareja y mi hijo, y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable. Todo está súper bien equipado, no le falta detalle, y el personal es encantador, siempre atento y amable. Para nosotros, lo más importante es la cama y la ducha, y en este caso, han sido una auténtica maravilla. Hemos estado realmente cómodos y hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Muy decepcionante
Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en uno de los alojamientos turísticos de esta empresa. Por circunstancias trágicas, tuve que acortar mi estancia tras la primera noche debido al fallecimiento de mi padre. Informé de la situación y solicité un reembolso parcial o algún gesto de consideración, pero la respuesta fue totalmente insensible. A pesar de que Booking respaldó mi petición, el alojamiento se negó rotundamente a mostrar humanidad o empatía.
Además, la única noche que pasé allí fue extremadamente incómoda. El apartamento es increíblemente ruidoso, con ventanas que no aíslan en absoluto del tráfico constante en el exterior. Fue imposible descansar adecuadamente.
Por si fuera poco, retienen 2.000 euros de fianza en la tarjeta, una cifra desproporcionada que solo añade más tensión y deja una sensación de desconfianza hacia la gestión del alojamiento.
Lo más indignante es la absoluta falta de humanidad mostrada en todo este proceso. En lugar de actuar con comprensión y respeto ante una situación difícil, prefirieron ignorar cualquier apelación al sentido común, priorizando únicamente llenarse los bolsillos. Contribuyen a la deshumanización del sector, convirtiendo lo que debería ser hospitalidad en una fría transacción económica. Un alojamiento sin alma, y definitivamente, sin corazón. No lo recomendaría bajo ningún concepto.

Lamentamos profundamente la situación personal que describe y queremos transmitirle, ante todo, nuestras más sinceras condolencias por su pérdida.
Tras revisar nuestros registros, no tenemos constancia de que la solicitud de cancelación estuviese vinculada en ningún momento al fallecimiento de un familiar directo. Le agradeceríamos que se pusiese de nuevo en contacto con nosotros para poder revisar su caso en detalle y gestionarlo adecuadamente. En Sharing Co contamos con protocolos específicos para situaciones de fuerza mayor, precisamente para poder atenderlas con la sensibilidad que merecen.
En relación a la fianza mencionada, queremos aclarar que nuestra política no contempla en ningún caso la retención de 2.000 euros. Según la plataforma de reserva y el importe total de la estancia, se establece una fianza que en la mayoría de los casos asciende a 200 euros, bloqueada temporalmente como medida de seguridad estándar.
Sentimos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria y quedamos a su disposición para aclarar cualquier punto adicional si decide facilitarnos más información.

Nunca se alojen con ellos. He tenido una estancia en uno de sus apartamentos en Madrid, después de que reservé leí que ellos te acusaban de daños que no ocasionaste, entonces cuando salí grabé el estado del apartamento. Efectivamente me han descontado 50 Euros porque según ellos dañé una cortina que ni siquiera estaba puesta o no existía en el apartamento en el que me quedé. Ahora me piden que les envíe un video al momento en que llegué porque su equipo de operaciones y limpieza les asegura que la cortina si estaba.
Ahora responden con mentiras, les he pedido que me demuestren que la cortina existía (porque ni siquiera existía) y no me han enviado ninguna evidencia que demuestre lo que están respondiendo.

Según nuestro procedimiento interno, los apartamentos son controlados y limpiados antes de cada entrada, por lo que tenemos constancia de las condiciones y el estado de los elementos en su interior. Nuestro equipo de Operaciones ha confirmado que las cortinas estaban correctamente instaladas cuando usted ingresó al apartamento, tal como verificó el equipo de limpieza. Al momento de su salida, se constató que la cortina estaba descolgada, tal como se le informó y por este motivo, procedimos a cobrar el monto correspondiente al daño.
Lamentamos la situación y tomamos en cuenta su comentario para seguir mejorando el servicio y la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes en el futuro.

Poor hygiene standards and inadequate customer service
Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at the apartment, we immediately noticed spiders in one of the bedrooms and the hallway. Despite notifying the company right away, it took several days for anyone to respond. When someone finally came, the problem was barely addressed: the cleaning staff simply swept the spiders onto the floor, leaving them in the apartment. Over the next few days, the spiders even spread into the living area. We eventually had to purchase insect spray and clean the place ourselves.
We had booked this apartment specifically because it had two bedrooms, so our daughter could have her own space. However, due to the insect problem, we were unable to use the second bedroom for multiple nights. Despite paying extra for this room, we couldn’t make use of it. To make matters worse, we later discovered cockroaches in the apartment as well.
We repeatedly asked for compensation for these issues, but our requests were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. The lack of urgency and failure to address the problem properly was extremely frustrating, and their customer service left a lot to be desired.
I would not recommend booking through this company unless they seriously improve their standards and responsiveness to guest concerns.

We are sorry to read such a negative review considering that we provided all instructions to access the property in written before your arrival. To our understanding, you must have misunderstood our instructions since you clearly went to the wrong door. According to the log of our electronic lock, the apartment that you reserved was empty and nobody accesed it since the cleaner left it 3 days prior to your arrival. There is also no trace of you trying to dial the access code.
Furthermore, instead of trying to find a solution with us, through the various emails and messages we exchanged or over the phone when we spoke, or booking, you chose to go to a hotel, which is why a full cancellation fee was charged not only by us but also by booking.
We are sorry you had such a bad experience, and above all that we did not get the chance to assist you and give you access to the property you booked.
