Jan the Man!!
I was a little apprehensive at first of purchasing something from Europe, but after having good communication and reading positive reviews about the sharp knife club and Jan, I decided to order the awesome little Swiss Army knife, on the eighth day of its journey to me in the USA. The tracking system kept telling me it was delayed in customs New York City then it would say it was in San Francisco and then back in New York city customs so Jan and his great wisdom told me to wait a see,that this was probably a glitch or a bug in the system and he turned out to be correct, I just received it Today, it was very well packaged, and only took nine days to travel 5900 miles more or less so in conclusion, I would highly recommend this online store with its impeccable service. Everything regarding my dealings with the company was exceptional.
I panicked when I realized that shipping would take longer than I expected.
The messages i sent expressing my concern were answered immediately by Jan, who was wonderful.
I received the gift for my husband within 10 days, and i couldn't be happier...the customer care was even better than the product and that is saying a lot...thank you Jan

Habe zum 2. Mal dort bestellt und bin weiterhin vollkommen zufrieden. Auch dieses Mal wurde es das Gruppenmesser und somit eine nur dort erhältliche Rarität.
