Product description was misleading
Product description was misleading. Advertised as comfy but were the opposite.
Unhelpful and Obnoxious customer service.
The shoeshack tried hard to get this review removed by lying. They were unsuccessful and Amazon refunded so their untrue response is sour grapes 😁

Unfortunately in their review, this customer has left out the part where they sent our staff abusive messages.
We provided them with a prepaid QR code as per our returns policy.
Trustpilot were sent screenshots of clear abusive messages from this customer, but they decided to leave this review online as the review itself doesn't go against their policy.
This review does not reflect the service we provide. It's a shame that we are stuck with it.
Great to be able to get bigger sizes
It was good to be able to find slippers in big sizes, and to have them delivered quickly and in good order. I will definitely look at Shoe Shack again when buying footwear.

I'm sorry about this. Some items come in softer, thinner cardboard boxes, which can get damaged in storage or transit.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee you will receive the packaging free of any imperfections. However the shoes/slippers you have purchased will be undamaged. If they are not, then please contact us for a replacement.
