Julian is brilliant! We ordered shoe creams from Shoe Snob and was told some of them were out of stock, Julian was very apologetic and offered alternatives, ended up asking for refunds because the colour we wanted are very specific, overall the experience and the phone conversation were very pleasant. Well done Shoe Snob!

Delivery was swift and everything was there. The only thing is: the horse hair brush is losing a ton of hair. I honestly don’t know if that’a normal and will stop after a while. It was a bit of an unwelcome surprise though. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Overall a great shopping experience despite all that!
