Really good, and personal, service. Julian called me when I tried to order an out of stock item; and as soon as a new shipment had arrived, he called again to let me know. Within about 3 minutes I had a personalised invoice.

Second order I've placed at theshoesnob and I'm pleases with the service and even more the quality of the products. This order was for socks and I'm more than happy with them. I highly recommend them especially if you need ansock thats not "one size fits all" because we know thats never the case. I wear 10 or 10.5 shoe and the mediums I purchased are perfect.

I love this company but I've ordered two belts. The quality of them is very high but the sizing is inconsistent which makes it hard to order the right thing. I have not yet notified the seller to remedy it yet so no opinion about the customer service.

Order was extremely slow to arrive from the U.K...it took about a month. But other than that, I'm extremely please with the product. The long delay in delivery, was the only reason why I'm giving a 4 star rating and not a 5.
