We used The Silent Disco Company for our event. We hired the silent disco with 3 transmitters and 50 headsets. This was the 3rd time we had used the company. On all occasions we found the company helpful and the equipment easy to use, hence why we keep returning. If we ever needed any help they were there at the end of the phone.

The silent disco company was very efficient, booking was easy and the drop off & pick ups were spot on. The equipment was easy to use and made for a fantastic event.

Great company to deal with.
Was all very straight forward. They were happy to answer any queries and everything was actually as they said it would.

Great experience. I was a little nervous about the tech working and the cost of replacement if anything happened to it but it’s with relief I returned it all after a successful event.
The process was very smooth and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. Some cables were left out but these were sent out asap after a quick phone call (check your iPhone adaptors are on the packlist before it’s sent out if you need them!)
I would definitely use this company again for future events.

This karaoke was an absolute godsend, ordered on the Wednesday arrived Thursday afternoon, super easy set up and our wedding guests had an absolute blast. Thank you silent disco company we can’t praise you enough

First of all, easy to find with a google search. The communication was quick and informative and the price was very good! We had the equipment for 6 days, including drop off and pick up, which was amazing for the price! They arrange delivery and pickup for free and it was seamless, although the window is 8am to 6pm, so you do have to arrange to be for that day. Not a problem, just a heads up. Everything came in one large box, all professionally packed, ideal! We had 25 headsets, all of the technical stuff needed, and we also added headphone chargers. We received automatic emails, at various stages, with detailed instructions and a link to a you tube video, which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. My husband said it was very easy to set up, and it was a highlight of the trip. We were staying in a big house with a big garden, and at no point did the signal fail, even people furthest away from the receiver, down the furthest end of the garden had perfect sound. It was fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again, perhaps with one of those blow up nightclub tents you can get, we live in a built up area so means you can have a party without disturbing the neighbours. Professional all the way, honestly without fault! I can’t praise them enough!

We hired the x25 silent disco headphones for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Ordering, delivery and set up were all so well explained and communication was brilliant. The headphones were such a hit with her friends… they had a great evening.

Pick up was a little chaotic, with / missed pick ups from the delivery providers, but no fault of silent disco company. They were picked up the following day.

Overall great service and great fun! Highly recommend!

Such a fun experience. The team were so responsive to our inquiries in the run up to our event (private birthday party), and the equipment was fantastic - the sound quality is brilliant and they provided very clear set up instructions - it was so easy.
