I bought the Skin Agent SPF50 UV…
I bought the Skin Agent SPF50 UV protection stick last summer from a Finnish beauty/skin care web shop. Love the product! I have sensitive skin and also am sensitive to smells, even some products claiming to be fragance free still have a bad smell. This one has a very subtle and nice smell that doesn’t disturb at all. Also I can put this on my face and it doesn’t react, super rare, spf products are difficult. Anyway, since there’s no water in the product, you can use it the next summer too. Unfortunately, my stick broke, the whole lid came off with the product and mechanism cut off with the lid when I opened it. I contacted the Finnish web shop that I bought it from, they told me that it’s not their problem anymore. So I contacted The Skin Agent directly and they immediately told me they will replace the item. Such excellent customer service, this is how you make loyal customers! The Finnish beauty shop lost a client, but The Skin Agent didn’t because now I know that if I get a faulty product, they will take care of it!
