Please ignore my previous review of this company. I have tried to delete that review from the ITTSforAll but could not.

This Stack is definitely not worth spending your penny on. Their servers were down, and they were not responding to tickets. No help whatsoever. ICANN end up stepping in to help me out. They virtually sized my domain name, and the website was corrupt, and I was not able to do anything.

Thanks to ICANN for rescuing us from these SCAMMERS. I will never recommend them. Never!!!!

My experience with this company was on 10/11/2021.

This is a total scam. After they charged for 1 year of VPS the server was offline within one week. The ticket system is a joke, with no customers service whatsoever.

it is deadpool.I paied for a server while after 24 hours it's still pending.And there is no support staff after opening a ticket.Bad service.Please avoid this provider!

Happy with the service. I bought a Veteran VPS hosting plan from TheStack. I had an issue to migrate my SaaS product to the new server which I bought but TheStack technical support team helped me throughout the process. Now the software is working well better than before.

I lost access to my service, but they strung me along for weeks saying that they'd get back to me. I'm assuming that they lost my data, but they refused to even refund me. They also charged me for a service I never ordered, and refused to refund me for that as well.

Would avoid at all costs.

Since the beginning of our relationship I have always been extremely pleased with the service I received from Thestack.net.
My online business was with a giant in hosting industry and I always have issues and low class support. With Thestack.net, the support is much effective
and have less trouble with website. Thestack provides premium servers and my website is very stable with them. Thestack provide support via Live chat and ticketing system
and even provide help via whats app/Skype if have any issues. Their pricing structure is very transparent and no hidden fees at all. I recommended this hist, I'm also considering to use dedicated server cluster as my business sites getting much traffic now a days.

We have Dedicated server HP DL360P G8 Dual E5-2640, 48GB RAM, 2TB. Network speed is awesome and Its really good for production private cloud setup for internal Management Software. I used 30% offer from them via contacting sales support. Also we have another simple domain hosted with directadmin shared hosting. its working good for last two years santhitheeramtrust.com

Paid for a Cpanel shared hosting service, but migrated to substandard backend. I was never notified of the migration, and during the process they suffered a data loss, and my website files were deleted.

Their support is useless and lacks the basic ability of reading through an email ticket.

I have been using VPS plan from thestack.net and thier network speed is excellent. I would recommend them for hosting magento and wordpress websites. They help even unmanaged plan.

THESTACK.NET: Highly Suggested!

I've been using TheStack since early 2018, I was forced to switch provider because of DDoS attack and I found TheStack on Google ads, they advertised that they provide 5Gbps DDoS protection for free, so I just paid a few pennies and got delivery instantly.

In the last 15 months, the service has been solid, I never had any downtime (there were several maintenances but not within my timezone). I have less than 5 tickets till now, their support is not like my previous one just saying "we are working on your issue please standby" but is very helpful, they tell me what would be the reason to the issue, assisting me to locate the problem, I am really happy with it.

I would recommend TheStack to anyone who is looking for an affordable and reliable web hosting provider, give them a try.

This is a fraudulent (foreign) company that has been dissolved by the UK government (proof: beta.companieshouse .gov.uk /company/09875794). Their business Paypal account has apparently not been closed yet, so they continue using their disabled business name to scam other people.

The server - very slow and it blocks your IP if you try to download or upload more than 50 files at a time. Not recommended.
