I was really disappointed with my experience. The Quarky worked at first, but when it was plugged into a USB charging station/USB extender, smoke came from the speaker. After the speaker was removed, the Quarky stopped working completely.

I can't say for certain what caused the failure, but having a device produce smoke is very concerning, especially for a product that costs around $100. Based on my experience, I expected much better reliability.

I hope the manufacturer investigates issues like this and improves the product or provides good customer support for customers who experience similar problems.

The material online is very good. I'm enjoying watching the AI Boot camp (it was uploaded a few years back but still relevant). I also like the YT video explaining what to do if the Quarky Bot has issues.

I'm still learning and playing with the Quarky Bot and enjoying the experience. The Bot has already been introduced to some teachers, who loved it. The kids are next as we prepare lessons for them.

Initially when the order was made communication was unavailable from your side. However, it was later retrified

I bought Quarky Ultimate robot kit for my daughter from Amazon and it came with a battery leak.
