Very attentive. When upsizing my unit, Melissa found the unit closest to my current one to ease the transition. She explained all of the terms and paperwork. Excellent and friendly.
Mellisa and Wanda are great. Love the Storage Center. Been involved with Brave Heart for years and have always loved interaction with staff.

My experience was a blessing ! They explained everything to me about the different size of units and how the payment works as far as the insurance . They actually saved me some money and I appreciate the service I received at the Sherwood location . The workers are amazing ! They’re helpful , friendly and very courteous. I would refer anybody to that location

I went to the storage on afternoon n…
I went to the storage on afternoon n chould not use my pass to get into the unit . Than here comes the worker talking about someone left his doors open all night which have nothing to do with me. I pay my bill every month to be able to get into my unit when I need to.
