I placed an order and, similarly to other people here, I received no information after waiting for days. When I contacted them to cancel under the 14-day distance selling rules they claimed that as my order was 'processed' there was nothing they can do. This is rubbish - the regulations mean I can cancel within the 14 days for any reason and they cannot refuse. When I pointed this out they have now gone mysteriously quiet so I am now escalating this to the OFT. They have effectively stolen my money. Do not use them!

Took my money and have not delivered after 45 days. Endless excuses. Have asked my bank to reverse the transaction

Ordered one since March and followed up with and email in April. I have yet to receive any further updates. The last email I sent was bounced back to me. And by the reviews I can this was just a scam. 30$ lesson well learned. Won’t get a single dime out of me again.

This is to alert you that thestressshot is a SCAM and they have been ripping off people with their money and credit card details. I have ordered from them an item more than a month ago, and to this day they haven't provided any update on the package. They have refused and ignored my request to refund the money.

I have alerted and flagged it to SCAMWatch Australia and to Google.

This domain and website needs to be taken down.

Do not buy from this company scammers take your money but your order never gets sent out I've been waiting now since 14th February 2025 and it's now 27th of April DON'T BUY AVOID at all cost

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Total scam, wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Placed an order end of February for my sons birthday and still not received anything. Bog standard response from customer service saying it's held up at customs and they will get an update for me, tracking number doesn't work etc. They won't give a refund as they claim it's been shipped. Total scammers, avoid at all cost!!!!

pay on 6 MAR, till now, received NOTHING! spent £60!!!!! Customer service only say will give shipping details asap but I NEVER receive!!!!

You never recieve anything.
You pay for protected shipping but get nothing.
You contact their team and get the same reply. But never get anything else or a refund. See below -

Order placed Feb 2025 and nothing received. Zero response from the company too. My goods are shown as having been dispatched but not received by The Royal Mail. Please don’t place an order with this company guys !

Scammer Alert ordered a toy gun 8 feb 2025, still no item and keep on getting told that it has been delivered. Only got it as my son saw their advert online and wanted one. Should’ve read the reviews before my purchase.

Piling on with the other reviewers. We ordered one of their toy guns 15 days ago, and order status says it hasn't even shipped yet. Avoid this company if possible.

Placed an order on 19th March and today is 29th March still order is not dispatched. Please guys beware of these people. There are people promoting this business on Youtube and my kid happened to watch it and wanted to buy one as a birthday present. His birthday is now long gone and he sometimes still asks whether there is a package in the mail. When I go to their website I can see my orders as simply placed but not dispatched. Please do not fall for these people. Sometimes I wonder is there anyway we can block such websites from UK so that we will not end up paying to such fraud and scammers. Thanks.

Ik heb een tijdje geleden een bestelling gedaan bij stressshot. Ik ben over het algemeen zeer tevreden. Fijn anti-stress pistool gekregen. De enige nadelen waren een ietwat lange levertijd en er de pistolen schieten geen pijltjes/kogeltjes, alleen een huls uit de zijkant. (Mogelijk is het mijn fout doordat ik niet goed genoeg heb gezocht wat ik kocht, maar toch een beetje teleurstellend) In totaal voor mij 4 sterren waard

Claimed delivery to a ‘safe place’ but no photo confirmation. Also purchased Shipping Protection - they would not refund.

Items got lost in China Post shipping. They are now gaslighting me that they will resend them and I reask every week and it been 3 months and still no update on the tracking. Hope they go out of business and are sued.
