Jennifer, Selena & Edward have very seriously screwed me over. They had a lot of bad communication, failed a whole subject, didn't want to refund the whole amount (just credits) and proceeded to do so again in back to back semesters. They then proceeded to block me because I obviously got really angry with their behaviour and flung abuse.
Don't trust them. They're not reliable. They will find anyway to give you a mediocre piece of work and then any excuse to blame you for the poor work just to avoid the refund.
Look carefully and closely at the 5 star reviews, they're generated by the company to raise their ratings. Fake names they are generating the way they have generated aliases for themselves for their "security" purposes, because they can't be relied upon to do the right thing anyway.
They will lie and cheat their way to giving you credits that you can't fully use anyway. I have so many order codes. TSH, RSP, CR. All codes dating back 2 years, hoping they would improve. They never did. My bad for hoping.
You want proof? I have screenshots. These fake 5 star reviews do not. They're generated by the company.

I contacted your service on 5th June, clearly explaining that I needed help with a specific academic project based on a document I provided. My assessment deadline was 27th June, and despite repeated attempts on my end to explain the requirements, what you delivered was completely unrelated to what my school expected. As a result, I was unable to submit the assignment at all.
To clarify:
I have screenshot evidence from my student portal showing that no submission was made.
I have not passed this course because of this.
Your revisions did not fix the issue, as they were still built on the same incorrect foundation.
The so-called “evolving instructions” you mentioned were simply me trying to correct your errors and re-explain what was already made clear.
Even now, you continue asking for more evidence when I’ve already provided:
The original request
The delivered result (which doesn’t match)
Proof that I never submitted it to my school
This response from you feels like an attempt to shift blame and avoid accountability. I trusted your service, lost valuable time, failed my assessment, and yet you still deny a refund — despite clear evidence that your service did not meet the requirement.
If this is what you consider “support with integrity,” it does not reflect my experience at all.
I remain open to resolving this fairly — but I expect acknowledgment of the failure and an appropriate refund, not dismissive replies and deflection.

New Scammer in India Big Fraud The Student Helpline and Learn With Fraternity!
I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with The Student Helpline and Learn With Fraternity so others can avoid the same mistake. I hired them to help with an academic assignment that was really important to my final grade. From the start, they promised professional support, original work, and on-time delivery.
Unfortunately, what I got was the complete opposite. First, they delivered the assignment three days after the agreed deadline, which already caused me stress with my submission timeline. When I finally received the document, it was full of grammatical errors and clearly rushed. Worse, I ran it through a plagiarism checker, and it showed a high percentage of copied content. It looked like the paper was patched together from internet sources without any real effort or understanding of the topic.
I reached out to them multiple times asking for a revision or refund, and at first, they gave vague responses like "we’re working on it." Then, they just stopped replying altogether. There was no accountability or customer service—once they got the payment, it felt like they were done.
This entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and a complete waste of money. I strongly advise students to steer clear of these platforms. They market themselves as reliable helpers, but in reality, the service is unreliable, unprofessional, and possibly even fraudulent. Don't fall into the trap I did.

Wasted My Deadline & Grade
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with The Student Helpline Assignment Writing Services was disappointing enough that I feel others should be warned.
I hired The Student Helpline to help me with a university-level assignment, expecting at least decent quality based on the promises on their website — 100% original work, subject experts, on-time delivery, etc. Unfortunately, none of those claims held up.
First, the assignment arrived almost two days late, despite me clearly stating the deadline and following up multiple times. When I finally received the file, it was full of basic grammatical errors, lacked proper referencing, and completely missed the key points of the assignment question. It looked like it had been rushed or possibly written by someone with no background in the subject.
When I reached out for revisions, customer support was unresponsive at first, and later extremely unhelpful. They insisted the file was "as per standard" even though I sent marked-up feedback and reference guidelines. After much back-and-forth, they made only minor edits that didn’t address the core issues. The final result was so poor that I couldn’t submit it and had to rewrite the entire thing myself — wasting both my money and time.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism, quality control, and accountability is unacceptable for a paid service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend The Student Helpline to any student who values their grades, deadlines, or peace of mind.

Refused refund after unable to complete
Extremely disappointing experience. I paid for quick turnaround help on a Java assignment with a clearly agreed-upon deadline. Just a couple of hours before the deadline, I was informed they couldn’t complete it on time. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund to my original payment method and instead locked the money in credits I don’t intend to use. Completely unprofessional and frustrating would not recommend.
