The mirror I ordered was dispatched quickly and arrived completely smashed to pieces, so much it was comical. I've emailed 3 times with no reply. Reviews on their website for the item are 5 star, should've checked Trustpilot before ordering from Style Haus. A real shame as they're not the cheapest place to buy from.

I was really nervous ordering from this company as the reviews are so varied. But looking into the company a little more and seeing that they supply B&Q and the Range I thought they can't be all bad and the mirrored cabinet was exactly what we wanted. I have to say i was not disappointed at all we were kept up to date to whole time from the moment we placed the order and we received the mirror three days after the order was placed (it would have been a day sooner if parcelforce hadn't had a bump in the van that was delivering it). When the mirror arrived I immediately opened it and was so please it was exactly what we wanted and from first looks the quality is really high. Thanks

I was nervous having read other reviews, however I can’t fault my mirror or the service. Perhaps they’ve learnt some lessons as mine was well packaged.

Ordered a mirror from the Style Haus in May. Still have not received it - absolutely shocking delay and this company should not be selling goods that they do not have in stock. Avoid!

Horrific customer service - ive been trying to get a mirror picked up for several weeks. they also charge fees to return and to 'restock' so dont order unless youre happy to lose half your money if it doesnt fit.

Mirror arrived smashed, emailed several times but have had no reply. Wish I read up about them before ordering as would have gone elsewhere. If they know so many are damaged they should upgrade their packaging!

I don’t know whether I just got lucky, but I cannot fault the product I received.

I searched high and low for an arched mirror to use for our wedding and couldn’t find one big enough under £100. Found one on Style Haus for a reasonable price and was dubious because of the reviews but thought it was worth a risk.

The mirror arrived a few days after ordering and it is SUCH good quality. I thought for the price the frame was going to be plastic, but it isn’t, it’s a metal frame and absolutely perfect 😍

Mirror arrived broken - as others have said no contact from the company despite numerous emails. No phone numbe4 to contact them either

I ordered a mirror three weeks ago and money has been taken from my account. but no mirror has arrived and no communication from the company... tried emailing.. no answer.. no phone number to call.. I am gutted that I did not look at reviews before I ordered from them.. I need to find a way to get my money back...

Advertised wrong colour mirror and then tried to charge restock fee. Provided pictures and then stopped replying. Mirror is not satin brass. Would not recommend this company.

There is NO communication from this company at all, I have contact via their website, email and instagram. No telephone number provided. Order a mirror, it was delivered quickly however arrived completely smashed. No struggling to arrange a replacement or refund.

Possible scam. Ordered in September, they took our money then, changed the delivery from Mid October to Mid November, after me chasing they stated delivery to warehouse due 22/24 November and will get in touch when shipped. They have not responded to my asking confirmation if this has actually happened, nothing shipped as far as I know, nothing arrived. Honestly this feels like a dodgy scam. Will update next week if anything turns up.

Edit: have upgraded to 2stars as the item has turned up, a week late and with no communication, but ok, generally the minimal communication has been "oh the date has changed, we can't do anything about it". Don't know about fitting yet as waiting for builder to reschedule to fit it again so it's still.in box. Will update score if required.

Stylehaus is fantastic!!! I ordered my arched mirror during black friday week and it was discounted with free delivery -- it was by far the best option I had seen in terms of size and way cheaper than any other website. I ordered it on Wednesday night and it literally arrived the next day, I was shook. It arrived in perfect condition, it was packed very well. The quality is fantastic, it's heavy and looks expensive, it was definitely well worth the price. I was hesitant because I saw another review that said their communication was patchy, but that wasn't the case for me at all -- I received a confirmation email straight away, and the tracking number followed in less than an hour. It was dispatched THAT NIGHT and delivered the next day. Brilliant!!!! Thank you so much ❤️

I am editing this from my previous concerned review like I said I would.
The product - the mirror I ordered is PERFECT. I love it. Just be warned you might (like me which is why I was concerned) not get any communication what so ever from the seller, no confirmation email, no dispatch email. And they are not contactable. That’s why I have done 4 stars (because the product arrived perfect and not damaged) but dropped a star because the no communication is worrying. And if it came damaged I don’t know what I’d have done.
