I've been with the Sukha since it was the Centered App, and I love it so much. Not only does it have focus music and a Pomodoro timer, but it also boasts this really lovely community of people who I love seeing every time I log in. It adds this extra level of accountability that I don't have if I'm working by myself. I'm also really loving the new assistant that helps break things into smaller pieces, for when my ADHD decides that a task is too big to tackle.

Every time I use Sukha I'm done faster and I get further along than I expected on a task. I'm so glad I found this thing.

The app is really easy to use, what it helped me with is improved focus -- which then let me get to catch up on other tasks that I had been putting off. The most helpful part of the app is that it can turn off all the background distraction and notifications on other apps that can distract you.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'd love to shout this one from the rooftops because I don't think I could have written my first novel without Sukha.

A couple of years ago, an idea for a novel struck me, and I'd been trying to write the story ever since. Between my job and taking care of my family, writing a book felt almost impossible. I was so frustrated with not being able to get into my writing flow when I was able to squeeze in time to work on it.

Then earlier this year a friend recommended Sukha and wow, did it make a difference. Sukha provided me with just the right environment, including flow music and distraction blockers, and I was able to actually write my novel instead of just thinking about it.

Sukha also helped me plan my work, as you can schedule tasks and allocate a certain amount of time to them. I break large projects into smaller tasks, and seeing how much time these take me helps me plan the entire project. Checking them off is immensely satisfying.

I was quickly able to implement this software in my daily workflow. I finally have my evenings back thanks to the productivity gains. I'm not wasting any time during the day any longer, and I can finally pursue my interests in the evenings.

Suka is a browser-based "flow state app" — one Play button that starts a whole focus environment and runs in the background while you work. It helps me focus and be efficient.

I love using The Sukha. It helped me focus and stay on task while I was writing and editing my book. The binaural beats are the perfect backdrop to keep you dialed in to whatever you're working on, and the timer is a nice touch that reminds you to take periodic breaks so that you don't burn out or develop back pain. I had no idea what a FLOW state was or the impact it has on my ability to stay focused without medication and do my best work in less time till Sukha.

I had tried many other apps, but they all just did one thing - flow music, distraction blockers, pomodoro timers, etc. Sukha is the only one I have found that has it all in one place. Not only does it have amazing flow music, pomodoro timers, distraction blockers but it has an assistant that breaks down hard tasks, integrates with Google, Linear and Todoist (which I use for my job) and a community so I don't feel alone.

Now I can finally get through my work FASTER and have my nights back to spend with my 10 month old son and not have to work.

Can't recommend it enough.
