Purchased an item for over £100+ in November didn’t receive is as apparently got lost in delivery sent many emails only send they would look into it each time and didn’t get my money back or my package been over 6 months horrible service

Wish there was an option of 0 stars. Don’t buy from this website! I ordered a tracksuit on 12.04.25 sent 4 emails to them and had no response. Keep checking the tracking number and no details. What a disgusting company and a disgrace. I have reported them to trading standards! Don’t waste your money or time ordering from these lot!

Paid next day delivery plus the order ! No items have been sent no response to various emails !! My son is devestated he used his pocket money to buy from here ! Opened dispute with bank scammers !!!

Still not revived my order a month later! Tried to contact over and over and don’t get a reply! Avoid

Brought something had a confirmation of purchase of order week later no idea where order is. Contact them asking the regards of my order, they contacted me back asking for order number then they went dead quiet. Scammers lol

I would advise people not to buy from this company I placed an order and when it came I had things missing and now they are just ignoring me they should be shut down just rip off conmen so if you want what you have paid fir I'd advise you to go some were els

Ordered a matching tracksuit set, the bottoms came in the wrong size. Customer service arranged for me to return it and request an exchange. They have had the return since the 11th April and I’ve heard nothing despite chasing on the 17th and 26th. Item wasn’t cheap not that it should matter but it’s extremely frustrating hearing nothing.

My order took forever to arrive and when it finally did, it didn't fit. Because of the long delivery slot, I missed the return window which is only 14 days after PLACING the order! Impossible to contact and no response to email!

Hate to write negative reviews but I've spent £200 on a tracksuit for my partners birthday ordered on the 8th April and no further communication. Emailed and messaged on Instagram and no reply. Will be contacting bank to claim money back. Do not use.

Have ordered multiple items from Tech-Club and always a great service. Extremely fast delivery and quality items. Will continue to use for all my sports wear.

Ordered Nike set on 7/04/2025 paid next day delivery it’s now the 15/04/2025 emailed and asked where my package is been ignored. Still says shipment being prepared. Terrible company do not use avoid at all costs.

I will be honest I saw the reviews after I placed my order and I was skeptical however!! The tech club was true to their word and was spot on!! Fast shipping too !!

If I could select zero I would. Still waiting on a refund relating to January. Had confirmation that it would be processed at the beginning of March! Still waiting and being ignored! It was their the fault items were received late and know I am struggling to get a refund or even a response! I know they see the messages as they are quite quick to respond to you when purchasing but less inclined to respond when they owe you money !!! AWFUL

BEWARE Fake reviews being given on this, clearly being offered a discount for them to give a good review. Do not give this shit company your money. Buy elsewhere for cheaper, could get from drip moda instead for example. I've had too many bad experiences with this company. PURE MUCK

Ordered twice from Tech Club and had a good experience both times. Good variety and sizing at good price compared to other retailers I considered. Received a discount code for the last order which was great.

Orders delivered within three days and Royal Mail Tracking kept me up to date with progress and estimated delivery slots which were adhered to.

Will definitely order again.

Now my 3rd order and I received a discount code which enabled me free delivery. Great store
