I Placed an order and returned the order and never received my refund of 89.99. Whilst waiting for my refund, I placed another order, paid for next-day delivery on the 18th of December, and had nothing, not even an email. I have emailed over 10 times and had no reply.
So my son never got his Xmas present, and I'm nearly £200.00 out of pocket. Do not order. from this site.

Made an order on 7/11 . Still waiting for refund. Customer service absolutely appalling, unsympathetic. My son was a Christmas present down which I ordered and paid for a whole month before. Definitely would NOT order from this company!!!

Ordered 12th December paid £144.99 plus £5.99 delivery . Chased on 18th and they told me it would defiantly be delivered no later than Monday 23rd and nothing. Emailed Monday and no response, emailed Tuesday no response. The tracksuit was for my sons birthday and didn’t come/ the company has my money and hasn’t sent my item. Absolute joke and will definitely never order again. Will have to seek advise from my bank if no response by tomorrow to see how I can get my Monday back .

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on the 13th December. Paid £4.99 for standard tracked delivery (states 2-3 days!) on receipt confirmation email it states you will receive another email confirmation when dispatched. It’s now the 22nd December and nothing.
I sent an email enquiry on 18th December and received one back on Thursday stating they’ll look into it and get back to me. And although I have since emailed chasing this, they haven’t responded. After I’ve posted this review I’m going to contact my bank. None receipt of goods! Terrible company. I’ll be telling everyone I can!

Just want to say even although I returned my items (2 junior tracksuits) the tech club have been amazing with me! I recieved my items 6 days after ordering as I ordered on a Friday. I sent them back the next day and my refund is already pending in my account. Every email I have sent has been answered basically within minutes each time. Although the tracksuits weren’t what I expected the service has been amazing!

I made my order on the 19th of November, no update on delivery. I emailed asking when my order would be delivered for them to reply and say it has been lost in transit, I then asked for a refund for my £149 and still no response. How can a company take money off you and not deliver your items or let you know what’s happening with them. I am truly upset as this was meant to be a Christmas present. Shocking customer service!

This isn't actually a review I have ordered before and had no issues at all. I am looking for the quickest way to speak to someone to find out if my order will arrive for Christmas the only way to contact seems to be an email with a 3 day wait for a reply. Just looking for a quick response in case I have to re order from somewhere else. #50667 is the order number

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
ordered on the 3rd December. Still wasn’t here on the 16th. Says 2/3 days delivery. Had to chase my order. Absolutely SHOCKING customer services, never any reply! When I did finally get a reply, they told me my order had been lost in transit and not processed on the system properly! Now chasing AGAIN to get my £150 back!
*Absolutely no point in The Tech Club replying to this with a crappy customer support Email! I’ve done that. YOU DONT RESPOND!!!!!

Ordered a tracksuit on the 1/12/2024 and have yet to receive this item(17/12/24) I have emailed three times now in total chasing the item and have only received one reply stating it would be shipped and I would receive it on the 13th which i didn’t, have continued to email with no response. Should’ve read these reviews before ordering🙄

Disappointed ordered 3 days ago and said my item is preparing shipment. Still had no ETA when parcel will arrive.

Update: my order arrived 5 days after I ordered was here in perfect conditions. But will definitely not be ordering from here again

Made an order on 17 days ago I have been emailing customer service and had no reply or any updates on were my order is customer service is a joke all I have asked for is an email on when my order is being dispatched and I have had no reply Order No. #48459.

Place is a joke. How's use are still in business I will never know!!. Sent out completely wrong order and Their customer service doesn't exist. No way of evening contacting an actual person. Alright for taking people's money but cant sort out ur f@@k ups.
