What did it for me was the email I received after I made the purchase clarifying a few things. When I responded with further questions the responses came back quickly which made me feel comfortable with the purchase I made.

The ordering experience was very good, it was a bit difficult to find the device I was looking for specifically (all website was for the tekko one, needed the stick this time, but thinking about the one in the near future), but once there in the shop the experience was smooth and nice, tracking was received yesterday (within a week) and can't wait to receive it to start playing.

Some confusion about pricing, but overall a great experience.

The product ordered has been working as it intended but it claimed 40K games, when it shows only 20K games. Shipping took longer than expected.

I love this game. It takes me back to when I was a child. The ordering process was quick and easy. I got updates of when they shipped and when to expect delivery. I would definitely recommend this game.

As soon as I placed my order someone immediately reached out to me and confirmed. Gave me all the information and a list of any available extras if needed. And I later had a question, the response was almost immediate. And me as a customer find that awesome that the take the time to reach out and ask about their products and answer any questions. I haven't received my order yet, but I am looking forward to it!

This company is doing super well off of the fact that it still holds love and devotion to retro games. Nothing screams dedication like playing your favorite past games in this era !
Customer service is 1 of 1 ,you dont have to wait days or send an email cause they text you back immediately to address any concerns or issues, that to me and plenty others is key to running a smooth business. And warranty for the tekko 1 is way better than the actual nintendo Gameboy itself with no games installed . Need i say more?

I think its awesome that a company like Tekko is making such an awesome little device that allows people to experience all these games from the past, most of which I grew up on. I remember when the gameboy first came out and going to the store with my dad to pick one out! I grabbed the purple one and the Super Mario game and the rest is history. I have been looking for a gift for my fiance and I to celebrate getting married soon and this console was big for both of us. Been a blast so far and can’t wait to keep playing games
