The Thompson method has definitely helped with my birth and breastfeeding journey. I am a first time mom and purchased the online program when I was pregnant. It helped me prepare to navigate the hospital system, how to get my 3 golden hours, what to do if things didn't go to plan (thankfully everything did go to plan). I attribute a lot of my birthing success to the program as well. The Thompson method is so much more than just breastfeeding. I am so happy to say that we are 4 months EBF and my little is absolutely thriving. I recommend it to all of my pregnant friends.

I cannot say enough good things about The Thompson Method. My little man is 5 weeks old today and has had a perfect latch from the first breastfeed. The midwives and the maternal child health nurse are so impressed with his weight gain. They are even more impressed that I haven't had sore nipples! I am very appreciative of the wonderful team who have been responding to all of my questions. I truly love breastfeeding. Your program has made that possible and I am so grateful.

I will be forever grateful for The Thompson Method program. I have learned so much and tell everyone I know about it. I have been exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months now. Never have I felt so empowered!

I an a first time mom, with a now beautiful four month old little girl. I was so nervous about breastfeeding and discovered the Thompson method halfway through my pregnancy. We had some bumps along the way with developmental changes, breast refusal etc but in the end with all of the help from the group on facebook and the videos we are breastfeeding like champs!! We are growing so quickly and already in 6 month clothes, this method saved our breastfeeding journey and I see no end in sight anytime soon.

I cannot thank Dr Robyn enough for saving my breastfeeding journey.  Despite beginning my journey believing I knew everything, in reality, I received a lot of contradictory advice regarding milk supply, latching, pumping, frequency of feeding to name a few. And it came from everywhere! Friends, family, Midwives, LC's everyone had something different to say.

As a result I became overwhelmed, confused  and breastfeeding was extremely painful and stressful in those first few weeks. Even though I thought I would never consider giving up, I nearly did just that.

Dr Robyn and The Thompson Method were a godsend for me!  When I found her program everything changed for the better.  I received the support and education I needed to breastfeed successfully for 18 months.   I never thought that would have been possible in those early days and weeks.
 
I plan to begin my pregnancy journey next time armed with knowledge and ready to provide the most gentle and natural birth AND breastfeeding experience. It gives me confidence that Dr Robyn will be by my side no matter how many questions I have.

I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant with my first child and I have just finished  The Thompson Method online breastfeeding course. 

If you can, I strongly recommend doing it BEFORE  your  baby arrives! Now I feel so much more confident and ready to meet my baby and to give them the best start to breastfeeding!

The course contains plenty of practical information about how to start, how to get our 3 golden hours and how to adjust things to suit you and your baby, and what practices and mistakes to avoid.  I just can't wait to meet my little one and get going on our breastfeeding journey.  

In spite of what others around me may try to pressure me into, I feel empowered since I know what I want and I am confident in my ability to stand up for myself and follow my  birth and breastfeeding plan. 

The fact that  Dr Robyn explains how the mechanisms work and why she suggests the things that she does is so helpful in that it empowers me to figure things out as I go along as well.

A big thanks to  Dr Robyn Thompson, Joanne and to everyone else who helped put this course together and all the support behind it .  It is truly an invaluable resource!

I took this course before I had my Abbas and I never once had any issues that werent. Rough run in this course already and I am 9 months going strong withp a 2 year goal it has been such a joy to have found this course and have referred many a girlfriend who are interested in breastfeeding.

Dr. Robyn Thompson was a lifesaver to my breastfeeding experience with my son. I didn’t think I’d make it a week, but then I found her program. I was hesitant to spend the money, but I took a chance and found her program to be worth every penny, 100% Dr Robyn saved my breastfeeding experience! I was able to feed my son for a full year! It makes me want to have another baby just because I know how much more I’ll be prepared!

I found the Thompson Method during pregnancy but I was naive and thought breastfeeding would come naturally. Everything Dr Robyn talks about during pregnancy, labour and birth DID happen. Everything she teaches about those early breastfeeds is so very true too.

I am so glad I joined this program when I did. It saved me from being in pain, completely overwhelmed and defeated. The education, support system and general feel of empowerment still keeps me going now at 20 months.

I do regret not purchasing sooner as I would have avoided those early complications and had a much more positive start to my journey.

This is my second baby. I got off to a rough start with my son with breast-feeding. That is what led me to purchase this course. I found the material to be easy to follow and the methods to be very intuitive and comfortable. Breast-feeding is going really well with my second child and I am so happy I purchased this course!
