I had a very poor experience with this travel agency. They booked non-refundable hotels and flights without properly explaining the risks, and when I was unable to travel due to sickness, I was left with no support and no options. As a result, I lost £1,600.

Avoid this agency at all costs. Everything they book is non-refundable, and the agent I dealt with was extremely confusing and hard to understand. The whole experience felt disorganized and stressful. I regret using this company.

What makes this even more frustrating is that when booking through Booking.com (with free cancellation) or booking flights directly or via well-known travel companies like Love Holidays or Thomas Cook, I have previously received full refunds in similar situations. This agency offered nothing—no flexibility, no advocacy, and no accountability.

I strongly regret using this company. You are far better off booking elsewhere with companies that are transparent, reputable, and actually support their customers when things go wrong.
