I dont know if I have written a review for this or not, but it does need repeating. I had purchased several challenges from this firm, and communications were fine as long as I bought and failed challenges, but the second I passed challenges and waited for funded status... GONE, nothing, ever, iv sent MANY MANY emails (only form of communication they have). This has been ongoing for a LONG time. Somehow they still have a website, as if they are in business. If they communicate with you, DO NOT purchase! they will absolutely Ghost you if you pass a challenge!

Men problem begynte når eg sku ta ut pengar(withdrawals) 13% skal betales. Folkens stay away from this skam. Eg ønkjer at denne melding hjelpe fleste mulig.. Og absolutt ikkje lage konto på binance som dei anbefalte meg. Dei vil har meir og meir pengar og det ta aldri slutt. At first I was skeptical when a friend introduced me to the firm, I took time to make my research online and it doesn’t look nice like my friend said, I don’t know why he would do anything to vouch for this firm. I gave luck a chance and boom! I hit my target and got paid! There customer service was awesome, when I almost had issue with my account, although I was delayed but I was never abandoned till my issue was resolved. Long live TTC

Company Ghosted me.
I passed the challenge, uploaded ID required docs, then nothing. I followed up, nothing. Tried again, nothing.
Their customer service is a joke.
Either they are a scam company, or their customer service is in the toilet.

such a bad customer service in m trying to contact them but no one is replying look like fake prop firm open for some time to collect some money and then they will be gone

Been with them for a few years now. They recently made their challenge period unlimited, which is amazing. I joined back in 2020 when the challenge was harder, but they were still better than FTMO even though no one knew about this firm. They literally changed my life. I have over $1M capital with them and play it safe. I worked hard to build up to that capital and now I safely earn just 0.5-1% per month and it changed my life completely. Highly recommend. Any decent trader can pass their challenge.

Fast payouts and attentive staff. Phase 1 and 2 are simple and an industry best. I'm from the usa and can confirm they support me

After searching many prop firms, I found this with best parameters like 12% Max and 6% daily leverage, also great value for money as their challenges are much cheaper as well.

Received credentials soon after purchase.

They have absolutely horrible customer service I have passed phase 1 and I have sent well over 15 emails with no response. This whole experience has caused me much stress and anxiety to my mental health. They have me sitting here not knowing what is going on I completely feel like this company is fraud based on the way they conduct their business they honestly don't care about their traders if they did they would put forth a lot more effort to make sure we had what we needed and that's communication and getting us our payouts and responses in a timely fashion this company is falling completely short in this department I am very disappointed and disturbed by this whole ordeal I wouldn't recommend this experience to no serious trader who is looking for a company they can grow with these people don't care.

I review prop firms regularly and tested out The Trading Capital. I can say I am happy with

their firm and I give it my seal of recommendation to other traders. Solid parameters, timely

customer service and I have received 3 payouts. I make sure to wait and get more than 1 payout

before really reviewing a prop firm. 4/5. The only thing missing is their dashboard.

Awesome company. It's been a great experience. Some delays in emails but understandable as they've grown so much. I got my 2nd payout and figured I'd help them with a positive review.

I failed my first challenge but passed with my free retry. I just got my live

account this week and already up 2%! Super happy and going conservative from here on out!

I tried very hard to become a prop firm trader but I wasn't very successful, after many attempts at the challenge, and coaching sessions, I am finally profitable and am in profit towards my second payout. Im happy that all my time and energy hasn't been wasted. TTC made it easier to achieve since their challenge paramters are easier compared to others.

Customer service is woeful. I have done a $500k challenge and after needing a re-do I can't get any reply on email or live chat (no-one ever seems to answer at any time of the day for weeks) on the site after several weeks. Feeling like I wasted my money if this is the support I get before I even want a payout after passing the challenge.

Stay away from this prop firm ..Absolute nonsense.. Passed Phase 1 5 days ago and yet to receive phase 2 details. ..They don`t have a dashboard and you have absolutely no way of knowing your progress Customer service is a joke .The support mail takes ages to respond.. And the answer is
We will have your account checked first thing tomorrow during business hours. If you did indeed pass, you will receive your credentials within 24-48 hours after the check.
No more update after this reply 5 days ago.Will not change my review even if I get my credentials and live account because they are simply unworthy

I was concerned after seeing many bad reviews, but I did not have any issues. The support could be faster, but thats to the end of the world.

The account didn't work out for me but that was not the fault of TTC, hopefully next time works out better!

I have a live account I have been waiting for the login details for, for weeks now. I have an outstanding 120% refund that I have been owed, for weeks also.

I have emailed them time and time again but get no response. I think they must have closed or they have stolen my money.

Happy to change this review if I receive what is owed to me.

Worst prop firm.
The conditions seem good but they just scam you.
I have passed phase I 2 weeks now and have not heard from them, even after mailing.
Don´t waste your time and money you will get scammed!

My experience as well has been horrible. Every positive review is a fake review. No way anyone has had good experiences like those reviews claim.
I’ve past their 500k and had Same issues as previous negative reviews so not gonna repeat it again.
After completing the 500k challenge it took 2+ weeks of numerous emails daily and online messages before I got my live account. In the meantime I sent my picture ID in to get the ball rolling in advance. I got my live account but no contract signed. Weird to me but I still went ahead and traded.
I traded for 30 days because first week or so I didn’t do well. I also did use a martingale Ea to help bring me back from deficit and now by day 30 I’m $4k in profit. 6 days of numerous emails and messages I finally got a response and Trading capital said they aren’t paying me my $4k profit split because I violated there $2.5 million strategy cap. Yes they do have the $2.5 million rule on their webpage but not listing they aren’t paying out martingale users knowing everyone that uses an Ea will most likely be martingale is shady. They did refund my challenge $$ and paid me $300 and said I should be happy with that.
I decided to just move on and trade. In the meantime I’ve emailed them daily stating I would volunteer my time to just generically answer emails so at least us traders know that Trading Capital had received the emails and that they are working on whatever question or concerns the community has. Those emails have gone unanswered for over 2 weeks.
So now I’m trading with in their rules and my payout of $19k biweekly is due to me (May 6 2022) and in normal Trading Capital fashion 10 days later no returned emails and no payout. Just stealing more trades and pocketing the profits. (If they are even a prop firm like they claim)
Even though I got my refund I will not be recommending this prop firm to anyone and should stay far away.

UPDATE: It has now been over 1 1/2 months or 3 bi weekly profit split days since my original May6th profit split requested and since no returned emails or profit split has been paid out to me.
Since Trading Capital has not shut off my trading account Ive kept trading and now have my profit up to $33k and climbing.. Figured I'll just keep trading my account and maybe 1 day these scammers will pay out. Ill keep updating Trust Pilot every few weeks if any changes!
UPDATE UPDATE! 6/14/22. Still no answered emails. April 22 was my original Profit split. So no April 22, May 22 profit split paid. Next 30 day profit split is June 22 and doubt I’ll get any emails or profit split paid. Since my account is not turned off ( another reason to believe this isn’t a real prop firm) I’m continuing to trade and mess around with my account. Profit up to $59k now. Gonna try for $100k by mid July. Its Funny how last the reviewer gave 5 stars. Reason why they answered last reviewer is because they unfortunately didn’t pass the challenge. So if youre the fortunate ones to pass challenges and generate profit Trading Capital doesnt respond to you and does not pay our profit shares. I bet if I hit my daily dd, daily loss or max loss they will be emailing me. I’ll update when I hit $75k in a week or so.
Update 6/15/22. Well had an amazing 24 hrs of trading. A trading Capital now owes me $76k. Update when $100k. Also have you notice Trading Capital doesn’t answer negative reviews anymore. SCAM!!!!!

July 17 update. I lost count on how many payouts this scam company hadn’t paid me since starting trading live. I can tell you my account is now up to $180,000 (wish I could post a pic of my mt4) and still not one single penny paid to me. I’m just gonna keep trading my account for my own humor to see how high I can get my account before they final turn it off. Big red flag everyone. You” live” account you get from these scam artists is another demo account. I’ll update everyone in a few weeks to let you know how high account is now. 🤘
UPDATE!!! The Scam Trading Capital has officially made my account inactive. NO PAYMENTS EVER RECEIVED AFTER MONTHS OF TRADING MY LIVE ACCOUNTS. Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

I have passed Phase 1, acc 502253484, waiting for Phase 2. Sent in email 22nd Apr, 5th May, No updates No reply at all. Sent in email 5th May using other than gmail as well, 0 reply. Now is 13th May. Trustpilot please contact me for proof anytime.

Red Flags on TTC for all to read, after own actual experience and look at others that purchased:

1) No dashboard - as topic. Not even abit of investment put in for traders development.

2) No support - No live support, and no support at all. They just put a chat box for u to leave message. Totally no reply to message, its just a deco.

3) No update No replies on emails - as mentioned

4) No provide account for phase 2 (my case), and funded accounts and phase 2 (for others genuine reviews below)

5) Fake reviews Trustpilot - looking at those 5 stars fake comment, stating payouts etc and good process without any proof to refer to, comparing to those 1star review with actual person reviewing with elobaration and reference. You can differentiate which is real and where the 5 stars coming from. And also would sincerely request Trustpilot to review all these comments to avoid misleading for readers!

6) No payout proof at all - there's no payout proof at all regardless of on whichever platform.

7) No community - there is totaly no comunity for traders/ interested traders to discuss/ get updates/ check payout proofs. Showing the non-transparent and no proof to show for this firm.

8) Delay with rubbish excuse in Trustpilot - Replying gmail blocking their email, when there's plenty of traders started to give negative reviews about non reply of emails and non providence of accounts. My case i have sent in not using gmail. They are like trying to trick 3 yo kid.

For my case, i honestly would admit that i did not DO MY OWN DUE DILIGENCE properly and carefully enough priory for this TTC firm, and i am bearing the consequence of getting scammed now. But i would write this so that you all that haven't purchase can read, and do not have to go through this get scammed process.

Im with at least 6 other firms and get paid, and you guys can read my reviews about them if any. Trustpilot can contact me for Payout Proof as well.

But this TTC definitely showing all Red Flags that other legit prop firms do not show. From my opinion and experience, this firm is a true scam. Do not fall for it, save up your capital, there's many more reputable firms out there, that's legit and really pay traders.

4 weeks have gone past while trading my phase 1 500k evaluation. However, my account is in a net positive balance by the end of the trading period, with no violations. According to their rules I am allowed a free retry!

I have emailed them multiple times and used their live chat which nobody looks at.

I would advise you to stay away from this firm. Their customer service is so poor, to the point that emailing them feels like you are talking to yourself. Because you will get absolutely no replies to anything you ask or say.

The good reviews on Trustpilot are very suspicious (and Blake from VVS and TradeUp never signed up they only reviewed the website).

Please do not be fooled. There are many firms that give same-day replies and credentials with payout proof. The stress you will go through with TTC is not worth it.

Dear TTC, others have noted that you only seem to respond to truthful reviewers, despite ignoring their emails. If that is the case, I hope you read this and do right by me and all of the customers that trusted in you.
