Ordered a product thinking it was directly from the manufacturer. Immediately after ordering I realized it was from Trendy Store. I immediately tried to cancel the unshipped order but no way to do that. I sent multiple emails to cancel but no response and still charged my CC. Sure looks to be a scam and now it is in the hands of my CC company.

They are thrives that steal your ssi…. Don’t buy anything… just flush your money down the toliet… same difference… I have no money… sadly they don’t care & think they’re high enough to steal yours

Scam! I ordered silicone toe separator’s for 10.99 never received them. Wish I would of checked trust pilot first.

It is a complete scam! I ordered a purse and paid $39.99 for it, they debited my account for that amount, and never heard from them after making many calls to their 800 number. There is recorded message that said, "Sorry, no agent is available. Call back later", and hang up.
I thought I was ordering from the Venus catalog, but the oder went to Trendydea. Beware Buyers!

Ordered a tool set for $6.95, was charged on my credit card. Waited a couple of weeks, nothing, sent several emails, no response back.

First of all this website is a trap.It started with me with an email that said I won a 170 piece stanley toolkit,and they show you a real nice set of tools,and all you have to do is pay the shipping $6.95,well I thought thats cool it sure is worth that,product will arrive 3-5 business days?They even give you an order# confirmation set of numbers.So im waiting for some kind of tracking #s which I never recieve so I email there support customer URL wait couple days go by and nothing ,so now 7 days gone by and I email again,no reply,then 1 more email and it didnt surprise me to see no communication again it just verified my thoughts of a scam,fraudulent business here,but what solidified they were thieves is when my paypal alerted me if I had just tried to purchase something for $68.98 and lo and behold it was a ficticious company I had no Ideal who it was until most buys will have customer service ph# right buy the purchase company ordered from and it just happened to be same ph# as my stanley tool set gift shipping charges were on my statement so they are taking peoples #s and throwing on additional charges later down the line like 10 days later for me.Buyer beware!

Took a survey, I thought was from Harbor Freight, they we’re giving a free 170 piece tool set and all I had to pay is shipping. After they charged me $7.95 , they gave me an order number, I called Harbor Freight and didn’t know anything about the Tool set. I called my credit card company and canceled my card and ordered a new one. They use different names and different names for their items that go on the cards.

Scam is a polite word for these crooks. I read the scam reviews, and do not understand why the Fed's haven't arrested them. Florida and China and East Europe have thousands of crooks doing this. I got a "TRENDYDEA" on the phone. Could not understand one word the crook (women) was saying. Don't call them. Call the Fed's instead. and your card co.

they steal your credit card info and use it for who knows what else

people that are scammed by this place better keep a close eye on their transaction history and get the card cancelled

I received an email to take a survey for Harbor Freight & receive a 170 piece Stanley tool set. Took survey paid $6.95 for shipping & on May 23rd I was charged $68.89. Called customer service & was informed that when I paid it was for an entry to “win” the tool set & I was enrolled in a “membership” for $68.89 per month. Membership for what, I have no clue!! I was told my membership was cancelled & I would get a refund for $68.89 in 3 to 5 business days. Eight days later there was no refund. Called customer service back & I had to get VERY ugly & request for a supervisor & threaten calling the BBB & my bank. They said they would give me 50% of the charge back & I said no that’s not going to work & told him I would contact BBB & my bank & he told me it could take 90 days if I called & I told him I DON’T CARE!! He finally came back & said they would refund the total amount of $68.89!

Paid, but……..Never received my order..

was offered free gift for survey if I paid postage which started out to be 4.99 getting a % off if I used MC well I used Visa price went up to 7.95. charge was not sent to my bank even though it was approved. last night I get a charge for 57.81 and a call from the fraud department at my bank. What did I order? I have no idea. the receipt said: order #....Good Luck. No name nothing just charge to me and ship to me with a 0$ balance. at the bottom under items in this shipment are

Do not do business with this company. They let me buy a purse that is out of stock and when i asked them to cancel it, they refused. When I told them to cancel it, she said they couldnt cause it was already shipped. What? You just said in the prior email it was out of stock. Oh, and they have no idea when it will be back In stock but they'll send it when they get it. This business is a bunch of crooks. And they dont tell you this business is in china.

It took two months and a half to receive this bag. Then to realize it's not the bag I ordered. The bag is totally different from what they are advertising. It's smaller, the material is flimsy. To put it into one word."Cheap". That's all .

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! When your order your invoice states that you are purchasing"DOONEY & BOURKE" handbags and shows you pictures of DOONEY & BOURKE on the order form.
When package arrives after more than two months----YOU RECEIVE NOTHING BUT JUNK! If the handbags you receive are worth $10.00, I would be very surprised. When you tell them you are returning for a full refund---that was promised if not satisified----they offer 30% or 50%. Will be contacting both Dooney & Bourke and the POST MASTER GENERAL to report fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GROUP!
