I ordered a specific vape with a specific amount of puffs. I order them exactly how I want them based on size and flavor. I didn’t get what I ordered. Yes I got the same brand with more puffs but I wanted what I ordered for a reason. And even though the flavor is supposed to be the same it isn’t in the one with more puffs.

The silver lining
There was actually an issue with some of the products I purchased. I contacted them right away. And much to my delight they very promptly contacted me. I am very happy with the solution for the issue. The service has been phenomenal and I will definitely use them again.
