Worked twice then stopped. Company ignored my request for replacement or refund. Do not buy.

Seems to me these people are a knock off of this company the vortix.com

If there was a lower score than one star, this company would get it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! When I ordered the Vortex vacuum it was based on the video and "reviews" - it's a total scam. The product does NOT work as advertised, it's basically an expensive piece of junk. When I asked for a refund I received a canned email reply that really didn't have anything to do with my order and they said it was after the 7 day return period! That doesn't come close to their "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. They are now ignoring any of my subsequent emails. I will lodge complaints wherever I can as well as file a fraud claim with my CC company.
08/07/24 update: I contacted my CC company to file a dispute and it was all taken care of. If you feel you’ve been taken advantage of, advocate for yourself and do the same.

Requested a VAT invoice on numerous occasions but no response. No contact telephone number or address on website. Emails sent to contact address bounce back. DO NOT order from this company as you will have no redress if you every want to complain

This product is absolute rubbish. Not only does it not work correctly as per the video, it is an unbranded piece of junk. Absolutely devastated! Wrote an email to them stating how crap it was for the premium price I paid, they wrote back that they do not refund, due to change of mind. I wrote back again saying I had not changed my mind, but asked for a full refund, as the product doesn't work how they stated, and is crap.
They have now blocked me from emailing them further. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!
I am attempting to take it further as I am not impressed to say the least!!!

I had a very frustrating experience with The Vortex Company on April 12. I unintentionally purchased two Vortex Electric Air Duster & Vacuum units due to their confusing checkout process. Upon realising the error, I immediately reached out to their customer service team for a cancellation, given their 30-day satisfaction guarantee and clear refund/return policy advertised on the website. Shockingly, not only did they refuse to honor their own policy by denying my refund request, but they also ignored all my subsequent emails and eventually blocked me!!! I received the two vacuum units and they are cheap, unbranded pieces of plastic, also not what is advertised on their website. I had no choice but to lodge a transaction dispute on my credit card in the end. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company to avoid similar mistreatment. They are scammers!!

I ordered a product from this company in March. 3 weeks later it turns up and for the price is a cheap piece of junk. Contacted their customer service team to request a return label and after going back and forth they are not entertaining my request for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order with this company following an amazing video on facebook. The product did arrive but it is not the Vortex product that I ordered. It is a generic unbranded cheap version that I could buy from another website for considerably less. I have been asking to return the product since I received it and so far had no joy in getting a return label or even a return address. I have now asked my credit card company to step in. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Search for the item elsewhere and you will probably have better luck.

Purchase never came, given what looks like fake shipping info . Had no response from anyone at the company after sending numerous emails! Beware!!!
