Thank you so much for leaving your review. We really appreciate any feedback, as we want to constantly keep improving our service.
This was dispatched from our suppliers based in the UK on the next working day. This is because we have a live stock link with the Ozone UK warehouse, which mirrors the exact stock they have. We made the decision to show these products as “in stock” if they are available from the UK warehouse, as we felt that this would not affect the customer experience. However we are very aware that on this occasion it has. We really appreciate your views on this. As it leads us to evaluate if this is the most transparent/affective way to show this stock.
On this occasion, your order was dispatched via Royal Mail. This service does not offer tracking unfortunately. This is disappointing, as we try extremely hard to offer clear tracking and good communication on all orders. Therefore we really are sorry about this. We have raised this with our supplier to request that all orders are always sent out with our preferred courier service, which provides prompt delivery and full tracking.
Once again thank you for this review, we have taken your thoughts on board and implanted changes accordingly.

Really prompt delivery. Thank you. Could I suggest you send an email on confirmation of the order. Plus I registered onto their shop which said I would get a reduction on my first order but no reduction was made. Not a complaint just my thoughts.

Our systems usually send an order confirmation email, an order completed email (once it's packed and ready to be shipped) and further to this you should receive text and email updates from our courier services regarding your delivery.
Therefore it is odd that you did not receive any of these emails. However, we really want to look into this for you and resolve this issue. Further to this, your code for your first order discount is also emailed to you and unfortunately seems to be lost in the same way as the order emails. New wet suit purchase
I was in the market for a new wetsuit and wa ted to get it right as spending quite a bit on it. Emily went out of her way to explain all the pro and cons of the models appropriate to me. Called me back sent me and email with options and we talked sizing to try and mail this… placed my order it arrived next day , it fitted well and am really pleased with the product… would defiantly go back to them again for anything else I need.
