Deceiving paid $200 thinking I was…

Deceiving paid $200 thinking I was getting a poolside room. When I arrived to find it was a regular very small room. Had to pay an additional $150 which I paid. Got to a poolside room the chlorine was too strong my husband have breathing issues and it was his birthday, I ask for a refund the assistance at the front would not refund the lied and told me I booked with a third party which I didn't and she didn't have any information who to put me in touch with, I asked for someone over her she would not provide!! Ruined my husband birthday!! I would never refer or come back to this hole in the wall!!

Terrible

Terrible! Ordered a JPG top and Two days later they emailed me telling me they actually didn’t have the size I ordered, they offered me to send me a small but I said no because they told me I couldn’t return it if it didn’t fit! Days later I found the size I was looking for on Farfetch ended up being from the Webster! and of course I got an email saying the Webster had issues with my order and they didn’t send it, why keep showing it as if it’s on stock then? Ridiculous

Always great!

Always great experiences, whether it's at the South Coast Plaza boutique here in OC or ordering online. I have ordered next-day delivery a few times, and orders have always been delivered on time!

wow i wish i read the reviews before…

wow i wish i read the reviews before purchasing! horrible customer service. i purchased via their website. the item was 50%. during the check out process, a pop up for a welcome 10% off came up, which i added. that made the item final sale, which was NOT stated anywhere in the purchase process. the only way i could have seen that is if i went back and clicked the drop down cart details tab.
customer service continues to double down, sending me screenshots of the RECEIPT which does clearly state the item i purchased (past tense...) was final sale.
i have opened claims with BBB and Chase.
buyer beware! plenty of better shops to spend your money at.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE DEAD, DO NOT BUY

I bought a shoe about half year ago and found they sent wrong size. I never wear them and it's new with all the box and bags. So I contacted the customer service and try to get an exchange or any possible solution. But the rep is really rude and only states it's out of return window then shuts the conversation. They sell luxury items but their service is crap.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased a pair of shoes that are…

I purchased a pair of shoes that are supposed to be high quality. I had the shoes for about a week and they started coming apart. I contacted them about the issue a week after I received them and it's been six weeks and still no word from them. I tried calling them after the 1st call but no answer, i left messages and no one has gotbacktomeyet. I hope they are not trying to pass off knock off merchandise for authentic.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I received a damaged Gucci wallet, returned it 2 days later, they confirmed the return and told me to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. It’s been a month and still no refund. They have not responded to any of my emails.

I bought a dress on sale $400

I bought a dress on sale $400. They said it was a US 10 it was a 6. When I tried to return it they said it was final sale. They did not say so when I purchased the dress. Now I am stuck with a 400 dress I cannot wear. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Apparently you have to do the math yourself to figure out if you can return a sale item. Buyer beware!

Customer service is non existent had an issue with a a few items I bought $3k order. I used a promo code so needed to exchange for a bigger size. Was told it was not a problem called them 100 times and they never pick up. Finally got an email back a week later saying it was to late to exchange that I was being refunded and i couldn’t re use the promo code.

"Technical errors" - out of stock

I ordered a handbag on Saturday and paid extra for 2 day shipping only to find out on Tuesday that there was a technical error and the bag is out of stock.

Very frustrating experience as I did a couple of hours of research to find the right seller before going with them.

I will not purchase from The Webster again.

Made a purchase online February 1st…

Made a purchase online February 1st 2022 and the money was debited from my account. I waited two weeks with no confirmation email or order status and decided to reach out once I noticed the opening ceremony puffer vans were out of stock. It took them days to response and despite me having a valid screenshot of both email and my debit account they claimed the photos were not enough proof. WELL DUH!!!!! I didn’t receive a confirmation email or anything and there’s only one The Webster brand so OBVIOUSLY the money was debited and went somewhere but COOL ILL TAKE THAT LITTLE $40 “L” I rather stick with SSENSE or FARFETCH. Where I know for sure ALL orders are correctly processed and are highly assured of competent OUTSTANDING customer service and items are IN STOCK. The snob like attitudes can be left at home for when you return cause the way the store is ran there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to be snobby about. Trust me.

Fake bag…

I received an YSL wallet bag from them and it came without the authenticity card and it was poorly wrapped in a wrapping paper with a sticker that has your shop logo ( that it) no hardware protectorstickers, the metal handle wasn't wrapped, the logo on the front of the bag wasn't shiny and clean as if the bag has been used before! .. I even wonder now is it an authentic bag or not!
That was really unpleasant experience .. save your money( fake products).

Awful experience!

What a joke, completely waste of time. Customer service is disaster and if you don't wanna do business, then close your store.

BEWARE

Bought a pair of Fendi jeans. I guess they run small in size so I sent them back EXACTLY the way I received them. On top of that I bought another pair,larger size. First pair return was rejected, stating that Webster tags and security loop was missing. They sent it back to me with ALL tags removed . What kind of store is that?!

Beware

Beware! I'm not sure what their customer service was like pre-covid 19, but I can attest that it is awful now. My interactions with The Webster store post sale have been confusing and frustrating. Their toll free number and live chat options were unavailable so the only way to reach them is by email and wait for a response. Also, their customer service representatives who respond to your emails will not identify themselves so you never know who you're talking to. My odyssey started because I had a problem with the Gucci bag that I ordered from their final sale section. It was shipped with no Gucci box or dust cover. My bag was wrapped in tissue paper with bubble wrap around the edges of the card board box it came in. I contacted customer service to ask about where the Gucci box and dust bag (I also asked about a strap) were. Their customer service representative said that their packaging job was not up to their usual standards. I was asked to send pictures which I did. I was then offered 10% off my next purchase for the inconvenience I suffered, which made no sense. There was already a coupon for 10% off my next purchase in the box I received so I was essentially offered nothing. Let's not forget the fact that my first purchase didn't go as planned, so it was premature to assume that I would make another purchase. They also neglected to answer my questions about the Gucci box and dust cover so I had to contact them again. After exchanging a series of emails about the Gucci box and dust cover, I learned that both were missing (They did overnight me a Gucci shoe dust cover which obliviously did not fit my bag). I asked for an additional mark down on the sale bag I purchased (since it did not come with a Gucci box or dust cover) or that I be allowed to return the bag. I was offered 5% off by The Webster customer service representative. I asked for a 20 % off discount which was denied. Out of frustration, I asked that my request be forwarded to a supervisor. My request was denied again so I sent the bag back. I will not be shopping with The Webster again. Spend your money someplace where customer service matters.

Atrocious customer service!

Atrocious customer service!! Please make sure that you will not even think of returning anything. I was told I could return things if they did not fit my wife and some didn't. When I went back, they refused to take it and actually called me a liar for saying that they had said that it was returnable! SHAME!!
