We have as we always do checked our emails, social media amd phone records for any issue you have had with your delivery and can't seem to see any attempt from you to contact us, this is the first instance of us being aware you have had a problem. We have just called you just now but not received a reply.
Just checked your order
It's was made up on the 29th April Good Friday at 15.51.
Your order was made up on the 2nd April.
The parcel was collected from us on the 2nd April at 13.19
The latest update on the tracking information we have, (which you should also have please let us know if you don't have this) it is in Warrington depot on the 3rd April at 04.22.
We are more than happy to look into this for you as soon as we can.
Rest assured your order has been made up and sent in good time from us.
Apologies for any inconvenience you have had with our couriers, we will be having stern words with them on Monday morning.

Not good enough !
Biltong wasn't the best quality considering it's supposed to be a good brand. Had 3 flavours of of which were bland. Tasted the same . Peri peri, salt & pepper & original. All tasted original 🥺 Will stick to buying it from a butchers from now. Very dissatisfied. Even the kids were disappointed & they love Biltong

This is the first we have heard about you not been happy with your order, we have as always have searched our email, social media and phone records but unable to find reference to you being unhappy.
We have already dropped you a call to see if we can help as it looks like you may of been confused when purchasing our Biltong.
In you review you refer to our "Jerky" twice we only produce "Biltong" the South African air cured version as apposed to the American version which is dried and cured in a completely different way, resulting in two different products, both in flavour and texture.
We also apricate we cant caterer for all tastes when it come's to our Biltong and it looks like this time we haven't hit the spot with yourself. As you can see form our great reviews on here we don't often miss pleasing our customers but its sad to see we haven't managed to satisfy your children's and your meat craving this time.
As with all our products we offer a full refund refund on any unopened packs you may have if its not to your taste (T and Cs apply)

Customer service was excellent, I called to see if my items could be delivered in time before I placed the order, the gentleman on the phone (Ryan) assured me it would be, so placed the order. The next morning the item was delivered!!
Wonderfully helpful, polite, informative and professional. Would use again and would highly recommend.

I ordered some biltong on a Saturday, realised I'd messed up my order an hour later, so I emailed them, they replied within the hour (on a Saturday) and told me they had sorted my order and changed it to what I wanted
The biltong arrived promptly and it was good, very good. As a Saffa expat living in the UK, I've been searching for a product that lived up to the real deal from the motherland, and this certainly does - moist with a good amount of fat
Looking forward to trying their droewors

Fantastic biltong and droewors
Fantastic biltong and droewors. Lovely choice of SA groceries too. And the owners are happy to order in things you ask for, if they're available to the UK. They're also very particular about the quality of everything they sell. Nothing is too much trouble. This all said by a born and bred South African.
