Shocking customer service
Ordered a bottle of Gin Mare for a present which was showing in stock. Three days later after not receiving a dispatch email I emailed asking when it would be sent out only to be told it was out of stock. I then rang customer services who were utterly useless, no apology and I was told it's not there problem as their supplier was out of stock. Not happy and I will never use again. Oh and to top it off it will take a week for them to make a refund to my card.

Items arrived well packaged and the prices beat any online competitors. Happy with the products ,swift delivery and would be happy to recommend the company!

Ignoring customers
I waste my money, I did not get my item , after my first review I got reply that someone will contact with me shortly but nobody did... I've send few emails to them but I've been ignored ! This's just unacceptable

Very happy
I bought my brother a bottle of Kraken rum which came with a 'free' Kraken glass mug, a nice gift for him at Christmas. It arrived very promptly, was reasonably priced (as was the postage) and I was generally happy with the service. I would definitely use them again.

Overholder ikke aftaler
Jeg bestilte en flaske whiskey i rigtig god tid til mit feriehus i Florida.
Efter tre uger var den stadig ikke kommet, på trods af at der kun skulle bruges mellem 5 og 9 dage på transport osv.
Rykkede flere gange og i denne proces blev jeg narret til med forskellige trackingnumre; hele tre forskellige trackingnumre blev det til. Da jeg ringede til FedEX fik jeg at vide at de godt kunne se trackingnummeret, men der ikke var nogen pakke med!
Har stadig nu 1½ måned efter stadig ikke fået min betalte whiskey!
Derfor HOLD JER VÆK FRA DETTE FUPFIRMA!
