Overall excellent experience. I have sold a couple of other phones to them before, and I would sell to them again..

Figured I'd write a review since they're important when it comes to selling used items.

I originally had a pixel 9, but lost it on a trip. I didn't want to buy the same phone so I bought the Samsung 25 ultra and had it for around 5 or 6 months. I had a clase and a screen protector but still dropped it a few times. Because of the protection there werent any scratches or dents. I submitted my phone as a mint (with at least 80% battery) since it was new. I did this because the pixel 10 came out so I wanted to buy that instead. I shipped my item to them and within 4 or 5 days I got my payment with the phone paid at the mint price. There wasnt anything regarding them trying to pay me for a "good" phone or power quality. So I think this place is fair and honest, and I'm glad I got paid what I thought the phone was worth. The amount they offered was also the highest compared to the other places I checked. I'd definitely sell to these guys again.

You can't beat these guys for selling your old tech. I've sold several phones to them and got fast service and fair prices.

Did an internet search to sell my old beat up phone and WhizCell was the 1st to pop up. I made the right decision! They made it very easy to send ship and receive your payment. Shipping was a little slow based on being sent USPS ground hazard n charge based on the battery, but other than that great experience

Took $85 off offered price for supposed deep scratch in screen. The phone was replaced a year ago through asurion brand new. It was near flawless as I took pics before sending it in, I saw no "deep scratch". I decided to take the hit anyways. Probably seek elsewhere for next phone sell.
However, the payment transaction was same day, so that was a plus.

Was quoted a good amount for my old iPhone 12 Pro. Sending the device in was easy and was given a tracking number. However, The Whiz Cells did not confirm receipt. They did follow up saying I needed to take action and approve or reject the adjusted quote due to light screen damage and excessive usage.

The customer service and responsiveness was great. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get as much for my phone as I thought I would, but that’s OK. They are a reputable company, I would recommend them.

I sent in a iPhone 16 Pro on Saturday and it arrived at The Whiz Cells on Friday (USPS was super slow this week lol). I received the payout link the same day which is super impressive along with the fact The Whiz Cells was the highest offer of all other vendors I looked into. The only thing I don’t like is when receiving payment you have to provide so much personal information to the payment distributor (dob, cell phone, address).

Great customer service

They offered the best price of several online services. It was processed on the same day that it was received from USPS. I received the full estimated value on the same day by use of a debit card.

I found a forgotten phone in a drawer while cleaning and discovered it was worth money. I was actually about to throw it away, but turned it into cash instead. And it was super easy!

Was a little skeptical about the process at first but they did let me know everything was going well and I got the money for the phones I sold quickly in my bank account I will use them again when it comes necessary

So easy - the only work was dealing with USPS.
