Terrible customer service

Extremely bad customer service, they, actually she who is in charge of customer service via email enquiries, is not helpful with any types of questions, and she is just there to reply your emails with shortest answers that don't even answer your questions.

Use other sites and save your precious time.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience, but it appears you are referring to a different business. We are a directory platform that lists verified UK suppliers; we do not sell or trade any products directly. We are aware that an unrelated fraudulent company previously copied our name and details to mislead consumers. This matter was reported to the police.

Because we do not handle product sales or email enquiries of this nature, we believe you have reviewed the wrong company.

If you believe this is an error, please contact us directly through our official directory website so we can look into it for you. Sue

SCAM

Got ripped off badly by a supplier on this site. Upon contacting them they didn’t want to hear about my issue. I am now seriously out of pocket. AVOID!

Hi , we have recently spotted this review and must clarify that you have reviewed the wrong organisation.
We operate strictly as an independent directory listing UK suppliers; we do not sell products. Around the time of your complaint, an entirely unrelated, fraudulent company illegally cloned our details to exploit our credibility and scam consumers.
This rogue entity did not advertise with us, and we immediately reported them to Action Fraud and our local police service. We believe they have since been shut down.

Because we are a directory and had no involvement with this fraudulent business, we have no record of your details.
We took immediate legal action at the time to protect consumers, and we hope you were able to find a resolution regarding the actual fraudsters.
