Just as well that the wine was so well packed to survive its delivery! Quite clearly labelled Wine Flyer but the delivery driver decided to not throw it but heftily deliver the box on its side!

The single star is for some of the…
The single star is for some of the wines. The service from order to delivery was very good. The Pinot Grigio gets one star, the Grillo only two. Both wines were like pub wines 30 years ago. Both reds were good by contrast. We have not tried the Prosecco.

5 star for wine; 0 star for delivery
Your wine was 5 star for taste, quality and price. I do not, however, expect to use you ever again because of the appalling delivery service (by OPD). Because of concerns from past experience involving serious risks of deliveries being left next to my front door, I specifically stated in my delivery instructions should I not be in when delivery came, that the delivery should be left BEHIND my garage! It is a simple instruction - through the easily opened gate on the side of the garage - and saves me worrying about theft by various people briefing in the properties in the cut-de-sac. Your delivery by OPD was left in plain sight outside my front door! Fortunately, I was only briefly away from the house when the delivery was made and got the carton on return home. I give NIL stars for this delivery and that is why my overall mark is 3 stars (5 for wine, 0 for delivery).

Sadly as a thrid party we are heavily reliant on the service DPD provide as part of our overall customer experience.
I am so sorry they let you down.

Well up to Wine Flyer’s high standard.
Selecting and ordering the wine was very easy. Delivery was very quick, the courier arrived within the given delivery window and treated the box with respect. The bottles were superbly packed for transport.
The wine itself is delicious too.
Overall good product, good service and good value.
