At the time your purchase was placed, some of the dress sizes ordered were unexpectedly out of stock. We completely understand that you preferred not to wait longer, which is why when the chargeback was opened, we immediately accepted it so the refund could return to your account as quickly as possible.

Hi Pam,

I’m genuinely sorry, an order placed in September shouldn’t still be unresolved in late December, and the back-and-forth about “out of stock” while the website still showed availability is not acceptable.

To be clear: we don’t want you waiting any longer. If you send us your order number and the email used at checkout, we will close this today with your preferred option:

Immediate full refund, or

Cancel + refund and (if you still want it later) we can notify you once it’s truly back in stock.

If you were offered a 50% discount to wait, we will honor that promise — but given how long this has already taken, we completely understand if you’d rather just be refunded now.

Again, I’m sorry for the frustration this caused, and we’ll make sure this is handled properly and quickly once we have your details.

I’m truly sorry for the delays, the inconsistent messages, and especially the lack of replies you experienced — that’s not acceptable and it’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

I’m glad to see your refund has now been completed and received. We’ve reviewed what went wrong on our side and we’re already tightening our process so situations like this don’t happen again (clearer stock handling, faster response times, and better follow-up).

I’m really sorry about this — receiving only one of the two dresses is not acceptable, and it’s even worse that you couldn’t reach us because the email on the website didn’t work. Thank you as well for mentioning the quality of the dress you did receive — but you should never have to chase us to fix a missing item.

Please send us a private message here on Trustpilot with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we will resolve this immediately. We can do whichever you prefer:

Ship the missing dress with tracking, or

Refund the missing item right away.

Also, we’ll review and correct the contact details on our website so this doesn’t happen again.

Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience — we’ll make this right as soon as we have your order details.

Full refund, or

Replacement, if you prefer.

If you can also include one or two photos of the item (the rip + overall look), it will help us process it faster and report the issue to our quality team — but we’ll start the resolution as soon as we can identify your order.
