Charlotte and Dan's attention to detail is the best and Charlotte's design ideas for gift boxes, cards and anything else she can turn her hand to is just amazing.

This little business is five star on everything, including customer service. Had a delivery issue (royal mail lost the parcel) and both Charlotte and Dan were on it as soon as I queried a delay in expected delivery and replaced my order. It makes a massive difference to a tiny business and I'm so grateful that the order has been replaced without quibble.
