I have found this site to be exceptional in it's ability to be used for a variety of useful needs, with owners that are extremely receptive to ideas and to providing help. There is also the normal online website but there is the app for the mobile phone as well where everything works well. It's also free! The owners have been excellent at ensuring security around information given and how wishlists can be found. I have nothing negative to say about this site and only encourage people to reach out to the owners if you're unsure how to do anything or if you have an idea of what might be an alternative option that they might want to consider.

I plan on using Things To Get Me for many years to come. We used it for our wedding registry in South Africa and it worked so well. I hope the service continues and remains free so I can use it for birthdays in the future too! In this day and age of stuff, it is imperative to have tools like these to ensure sustainability and that items don’t just end up on landfills. Ask for what you want in life, with Things to Get Me!

Such a helpful website! I am able to put a picture, amount, description, quantity- very nice features that make things very specific and easy to use! You can even make a cute background and personalize your list! Categories made it easier to sort my gifts, and it even has a feature to were you can let someone reserve a gift without the editor knowing. Such a helpful website, easy to use and share, and I really recommend!

I really love Things to get me. My family and I have used it for several years initially to help with planning Christmas wish lists but then ended up using it for planning gifts throughout the year.
Steady quality features drop regularly, if I have had a need to contact support for help or suggested features, they have responded same day and always with friendly quality responses.
I assume thst they get paid through affiliate revenue, or do it for their own good soul as there are no obvious advertising compared to other competitor tools. If you want to plan your own gift lists, share with others, collaborate to build lists. Look no further than this one!

"Things To Get Me" has made it so easy to organize my Christmas wish list. I know of no other site that allows the ability to add products from numerous different websites. Am*zon used to allow it, but they took that option away a few years ago.

Creating a list on the "Things To Get Me" site was so easy and then adding each item was easy too!

I quickly sent a link to my list to everyone that asked me for it and they said it was very easy to purchase the items, using the links provided.

Kudos to Rob and Raimonda for creating this easy way to organize gift lists!

We were looking for some free or inexpensive options to put together a Christmas list of products for our family (both parents and kids) that is easy enough for our very non-technical family members to pick things off the list. This made everything pretty seamless, and people were immediately marking off things being selected without us sending any more than an email with the link.

Pros
- A single list can have "categories" which we used to identify each family member
- Easy to make lists private and share with individuals
- Lots of different themes which work well on the list
- Provides a small photo slideshow in case someone wanted to use it
- Incredibly easy to add items, modify them after adding, and update the list over time

Cons
- The initial web page looks a little dated
- Being free makes clear you shouldn't be sharing anything overly personal
- Importing the items from a URL is hit or miss when compared with another tool

I’ve been using Things To Get Me for four years now and I would genuinely be lost without it. It’s been a lifesaver for managing two young boys!

As the year goes by, I just add things to the list whenever I think of them or whenever the boys ask. This is brilliant because it means I can dynamically update and add more stuff as and when I need to.

When it comes to Birthdays and Christmas, I share the link with all the friends and family. It makes life real simple for them to buy gifts and, honestly, it’s the only way I can keep proper track of what’s still to get and make sure we don’t end up with five of the same thing.

It’s a brilliant tool that I use all the time, both on my laptop and the Android app on my phone. Highly recommend this to any busy parent!

Easy to use, free and super easy to share.

This website is amazing. I have just recently escaped from an abusive relationship. Things to Get Me has been an amazing resource for me. People are able to send me things I need while protecting my actual location. I also love that you can not only have a wishlist of things you want/need but you can also add a funding option for people to send money instead of items from your wishlist. I plan to share this website with organizations & people that need to keep their information private. Using the 3rd party shipping options slows down the delivery process (takes 7-10 days to receive things) but it is well worth the wait to stay safe when you're in a dangerous situation. I am so grateful someone shared this site with me!

No fuss, just a really useful website and app. I've used it for a few years now to create my wishlists. Reached out to customer service yesterday and got a lovely prompt response today!

This is the best wishlist service I have encountered by far. It has more features than most and (critically) it handles the concept of two or more people handling a wishlist really well.

A couple nitpicks: I wish other users could choose to see specific categories of gifts like you can as an admin. You can sort them but all the items are still listed in one big page. Having the option for folks to narrow it down like a file system would be really helpful. The filter option mostly handles this, but you would have to memorize the category names or scroll for reference. For the significantly less tech savvy people in my life that makes it a bit harder to use.
