Obtained more than I came in with. From knowledge, interview advice, to certifications - they cover so much 5/5 for resources!!

I am a student in Thinkcloudly for GRC Auditing, Wordpress course and I have also attended their freebootcamps. This institution has been very active in upgrading skill sets of students across the globe. They provide you with capable instructors like Jhanvi and Shambhavi. Helpful admins and staff like Varun, Sneha, Kajal and Zoey, well guided by Naman Jain - lead Mentor of Thinkcloudly. They make the journey worth every penny. Also their online access is super convenient wherein you can track your success and prepare for interviews. I recommend Thinkcloudly to every person who wants to up skill and be a part of a great team.

Update: After this review was posted, the company reached out, acknowledged the issue, and issued a refund. I appreciate the resolution.

Unfortunately, my experience with ThinkCloudly has been marked by inconsistency and a lack of professionalism. Despite giving them multiple opportunities, there appeared to be no clear or structured curriculum, and each trainer seemed to approach sessions differently with little continuity. Training often felt improvised rather than guided by a defined learning plan.

Additionally, during scheduled training sessions, there were instances where instructors appeared distracted or focused on other tasks, and at times were not fully attentive to student questions or feedback. This made it difficult to stay engaged or feel supported as a learner.

As a result of these ongoing issues, I was unable to complete the course. Payment was taken, but the level of structure, consistency, and engagement promised was not delivered, and resolving concerns required far more effort on my end than should ever be necessary for a paid training program.

As a working professional, consistency, accountability, and professionalism matter. After being let down more than once, I ultimately lost confidence in ThinkCloudly’s ability to deliver a dependable learning experience. I cannot recommend this program to others who value structure and instructor engagement.

It has been an amazing experience with thinkcloudly for their support and tireless efforts to encourage us to always attend the courses and webinars. they are very present. when you have a problem, they react promptly. I enrolled for the AWS SAA course which lasted for about 10 weeks with thickcloudly. It's been an amazing experience for me and also the support given in terms of contents delivery. You guys are rock solid. I want to thank Bisma for her unwavering dedication and leadership skills she's impacted on us. Bisma is a good mentor and instructor and always makes sure we have enough study materials and quizzes to help maintain our focus. The cloud journey has just begun and I'm ready to Crack my certifications.
