Honestly didn't think we'd ever find an MSP we were happy with. We're a small mortgage broking team in Brisbane and we'd been through two others before TTA. The first one ghosted us, the second one charged us for things we didn't need and never got back to us when something broke.
Switched to Think Technology Australia about 18 months ago and the difference was immediate. Our cyber insurance renewal was the first real test. The questionnaire had got brutal and we were nowhere near ready. They worked through it with us, sorted what needed sorting (MFA across the team, email rules, a few backup gaps we didn't even know about), and we got the renewal through without the premium jumping again.
The other thing that's been useful lately is the AI side. We wanted to use Copilot properly without putting client data at risk, and they sat down with us, set up the guardrails, and have actually been helping us work out where it makes sense (file noting, summarising long email chains) and where it doesn't. Practical advice, no jargon.
Not the cheapest MSP we looked at, but the best one we've used.
