Brilliant service but Royal Mail as your carrier?

The IOD inlays arrived in good time and in good condition but I was very relieved that I was in to receive them because Royal Mail has a habit of chucking parcels over the gates. Could have been disastrous in this case.

Hi Bianca, thanks for your review! I’ve used Royal Mail for about 7 years now as a business and it’s pretty rare I have a problem with them. It might be worth getting in touch with your local depot if your postman is chucking parcels over your gate! The postie who delivers to me is always fantastic!
It is good to know what customers think though and I will keep this in my mind should I find that others have similar problems.
