Great product with great price!
Loved buying my Tea Tree Scalp conditioner and shampoo from This is Beauty. Price was excellent because of a packing defect, which just gives me a great product at a great discount!

This is beauty
Update 19th feb: heard from them and they told me the order got stuck in the system and will ship as soon as possible :) For now it looks good, I will update again upon receiving my order!
Ordered on the 6th of February. The confirmation e-mail stated my order would arrive on the 11th or 12th, but I got no information whatsoever and my order did not arrive. Sent them an e-mail asking for information (I don’t mind it taking a month, but I do appreciate knowing what’s going on since it should have already been delivered according to their e-mail). I have not gotten a response from them in two days, so definitely be very wary ordering here. I will update this review as soon as I get news on my order.

Quality product at a good price; still waiting for part of my order
I was happy with the product I received and the price I paid for it. Part of my order shipped quickly. However, half of the order never arrived. I have reached out to customer service to inquire about the missing part of the order and have not yet received a response.
