We had 4 hour trip. Took a bed on the front of the Catamaran. Great discounts for parasailing and jetski. Free bananaboat, drinks and food!!!

After chatting about options we booked the private boat trip for a special occasion. Paid the deposit and then paid the balance 2 days prior to the trip as requested. The day before we received a message saying sorry double booked but for a special offer we could pay an extra £64 we could book something else. Shocking behaviour - we should have been offered an alternative with no additional cost as totally their fault. Now to wait and see if we get a refund of £370!!!

Our family of 4 (with an 18 and 16 year old) went on the Afrikat trip, yesterday. Have to say we had a brilliant time and would definitely do it again. The boat was really clean, the staff were fantastic and the drinks were flowing freely. The free speed boat trip was brilliant as was the snorkeling and swimming. Our teenagers loved the jetski ride and the pick up and drop off from our apartment was a real bonus. Thank you so much for a great day 😊

Don’t use this company it’s a scam. Took our deposit and then contacted us via WhatsApp to pay the balance of the booking a day later. When we queried it we were told we had to pay there and then or else we would lose the booking. We asked for our deposit back and they’ve refused to return it.

We took part in the buggy experience today. We were picked up from our accommodation and dropped back afterwards. The experience was great fun, safe and well organised. We had 2 hours over the terrain which varied in rockiness and steepness - but none of it was scary steep. Two short stops for a drink and photos.

They provide you with a set of goggles to protect your eyes from the dust. You can purchase a bandana from them to protect your face and hair. Would highly recommend you do this! Tip - don’t wear light coloured clothes!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend.

Buggy Tour

Me and my mate went on the Buggy Tour excellent trip, easy to book, thanks we loved it!!

Didn’t see any dolphins, sadly. Other companies seem to have a guarantee to go on next boat trip if you don’t see any, this company does not offer this hence 2 star.

In addition, I was told AFTER booking that the Catamaran was in for service even though I enquired about it beforehand. The boat was old and cramped. Bit disappointed and won’t be booking with them again.

Our trip was cancelled and we are yet to receive the refund of the deposit. I've tried chasing via email and phone. I received a thumbs up in response but still no refund. Definitely do not recommend this company. Customer service has been terrible.

Absolutely amazing Jeep Safari Tour, our driver arrived early to pick us up, she was extremely informative and helpful. The scenery on the trip is breath taking, the lunch with Sangria was exceptional. We had plenty of time at each stop to take in the environment and scenery. 5* 100% recommended.

Dolphin Trip

Highly recommend trip, the kids loved it, seeing the Dolphins swim past the boat. Hassle free booking process and great having the booking team on hand throughout to answer any questions.

Absolute shocking. Paid for 2 people got dolphin catamaran trip. Was told 3 different locations. Communication over WhatsApp. Told to walk from one port to the other 3 times. The office number doesn’t work. Didn’t provide a pick up either. Completely ruined my day. I stayed in last night for this this morning. Still trying to get a refund off them now and not much response. Just give me my money thisisgrancanaria.com

Magnificent trip on the Catamaran the weather was fantastic considering it was December the wife and kids loved the Watersports and I loved sitting back with a ceveza what else do you need on a holiday 🏝️

Great trip, great activities and a great and engaging crew. Such a lovely time. I recommend it to everyone who wants a relaxing and fun afternoon

My partner and I booked the dolphin trip and had a brilliant time! We don’t usually get involved in excursions but as it was an October holiday fancied trying something different. Will definitely book this again next year!

Booked the 4x4 Buggy tour, great fun, gets very dusty so take a head scarf, if not you can buy one there for 5€, picked up and dropped off close to hotel, great communication with Tour Operator 👍

Do not use! We booked a dolphin trip with hotel pickup. The pickup never arrived and we were promised a refund that never came. Only way to communicate was via WhatsApp which ended being useful because we had to take this matter to our credit card company to raise a Section 75 claim who needed all the evidence. Not worth the hassle as in the end we rebooked direct with the dolphin tour boat via our hotel and had a nice time by taking the ferry from Morgan to Rico and then the tour. This company is based in London and appears to have no interest in sorting their own problems out. Avoid if you want to get what you paid for.
