Absolute disaster! Completely shameful customer service! I received a package with clear transport damage that obviously occurred before delivery. The couriers from Overseas Express refused to make an official damage report on the spot, forcing me to take the package based on a verbal phone agreement so I could start resolving the issue immediately. Now, the courier company officially rejects the claim and blames Thomas-Shop for incompetent and cheap packaging.I paid for this product in full, but instead of being able to use it, the device is just sitting in my home, taking up space and wasting my time. I contacted Thomas-Shop immediately. They sent one brief reply on May 20th promising they would look into it and get back to me, but they have done absolutely NOTHING to resolve this issue since then! It has been 5 full days of complete inaction. They just promise to reply but refuse to provide any actual solution or action plan. They take your money and stall for time when things go wrong. Avoid them at all costs!

Mein Wasch-Sauger AQUA+ PET & FAMILY ist nach anderthalb Jahren, jeden Tag in Betrieb einfach ausgegangen. Ließ sich auch nicht mehr anschalten. Kundenservice per Email angeschrieben und paar std. Später eine Antwort bekommen. Retoure zum Ausdrucken per Email bekommen. Muss sagen, habe 2 Tage später meinen reparieren Staubsauger wieder gehabt. Haben alle Filter erneuert , Kabeltrommel war defekt und erneuert. Neuen Paket Fuß habe ich auch bekommen,der war auch defekt. Super Service.

Unser Staubsauger mit Wasserfilter hatte nach mehreren Jahren Benutzung beim Reinigen größere Probleme bereitet. Der Schmutz ließ sich nicht mehr so einfach aus Filtern und Wasserbehälter lösen. Mit der ersten Kontaktaufnahme - und hier insbesondere mit Frau Meike Kreutz und ihrem Team - fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut. Man gab uns das Gefühl, das Problem wirklich anpacken und lösen zu wollen. Auf Kulanz erhielten wir diverse Teile, bis schließlich der gesamte Staubsauger in Augenschein genommen wurde, um das Problem zu lösen. Letztendlich funktioniert unser Staubsauger seither wieder.

Super Kundenservice, auch über den Garantiezeit hinaus. Mein Bodendüse war verschließen und ich wollte nur ein entsprechende Ersatzteil haben, stattdessen haben sie mir aus Kulanz ein nagelneues Bodendüse kostenfrei nach Hause geschickt. Das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständig. Ich bin mit Thomas-Staubsauger sehr zufrieden.

The worst hoover I have ever had broken 3 times don’t buy it buy!!

Für mich als Kunden war das wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Dass was kaputtgeht kann durchaus mal passieren. Was mich jedoch
überrascht hat war die problemlose Bestellung des Ersatzteiles und der gute persönliche Kundenservice (ohne Chatbot!). Sehr erfreulich
war auch die einfache Reparatur die ich ohne besondere Kenntnisse selbst machen konnte. Das Gerät ist so konzipiert, dass man es,
im Falle eines Falles, noch reparieren kann, was leider heute zu Tage eher selten ist.

Initially bought the Aqua+ Pet & Family (Model 788569) from Amazon. But it was not a brand new machine and the warranty on it was not 24 months as promised. Also had missing bits such as the vacuum bag and the shampoo. So returned it. Then bought the Aqua Cycloon from Amazon - and found that it was incomplete - didn't have the plastic tag which fastened onto the tube so that we could park the hose/tube onto the machine for storage. Returned that. Finally decided to go direct to Thomas-Germany UK site - bought the Aqua+ again. This time, everything was in order. Started using it and was very impressed with it. My floor is so clean now. The machine is heavy - but I guess it needs to be - because it is a beast - and works hard. Tomorrow, will tackle the bedrooms and the mattress! So very pleased with this machine. Worth every penny.

Bought this vacuum over 16 years ago, second-hand and it changed my life! I wondered if I had dust issues as I had breathing issues/wheezing despite changing my eating habits by removing all the common irritants. I had the best nights’ sleep after using the vacuum

I've been using my Aqua+ Pet and Family vacuum for the past 5 years, and it’s still going strong! Before that, it was my mum’s trusted vacuum back in Poland—though I’m not sure how many years she used it, it’s clearly built to last.

This vacuum outperforms every other one I’ve owned. With two dogs and long hair myself, I needed something powerful—and this vacuum absolutely delivers. It’s so strong, it literally lifts the carpet! I've used it for everything from regular weekly cleaning to washing carpets, and even to clean up after a burst pipe incident.

Despite all that, it still works like new. I only replace the filters once a year, and it keeps performing flawlessly. I genuinely recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets, allergies, or anyone simply looking for a high-performance, long-lasting machine. It’s an absolute workhorse and worth every penny.

Very happy with the machine and also very happy with the customer service! Nothing compared to the previous vacuum cleaners I had!

wir haben in Dezember einen Aqua Pet&Family gekauft und sind super zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Hier hält kein Akkusauger mit. Leider ist nach kurzer Zeit unsere Turbodüse kaputt gegangen. Aber nach einer Mail an den Support mit dem Rechnungsbeleg wurde die Düse ohne Probleme ersetzt. Das nenne ich mal Kundenfreundlich.

I love my Thomas Vacuum, it is really great quality and not too noisy either. I have used it to clean up huge messes made by both my dog and toddler at times, and it's also brilliant that it is so versatile and can be used both wet and dry!

I even suggested my brother gets one and he did and loves it too!

The vacuum has great suction and functionality, but the attachments are flawed.

One of the most common problems is that the turbo brush (carpet brush) jams. This is typical for most brands but in most cases, it is easy to open them up for cleaning.

Since in this model the screws are behind wheels that cannot be removed, it is impossible to access them to clean the interior.
There is a removable rolling brush, but that's it. When hair wraps around the right peg, there is nothing you can do to clean it.

Made a great job of a pet stained carpet when used as per instructions. Powerful suction on carpet but heavy to lift. Ease of use is very good, controls well marked so it is easy to understand, the instructions are clear. When it comes to cleaning after use,it has been well designed, all comes apart easily and makes cleaning easy. Very pleased with my new vacuum carpet/floor cleaner.

When you have a Wife & 2 Daughters with long hair AND a Cat, this Vacuum Cleaner is a must! The suction far exceeds our previous machines on the initial 2 bar mode, let alone the 3 bar and then the 'suck the carpet from the floor' MAX.

I enjoy seeing what has been captured afterwards; the blackish dirty water and especially the huge balls of hair, it makes you even more glad you did it. Obviously if you poured a dry hoover bag contents into water it would also emphasise how grimy and dirty the floor was, but the added bonus that the water is stopping any mites etc living on is unique. THEN you add on it can work as a carpet/upholstery cleaner OR even just use it dry with a bag...Winner.

Just be aware if you use the water as opposed to the dry bag, you'll need to spend some time emptying the contents down a toilet, cleaning it and drying it.

My family & I have been so impressed with the Aqua + hoover. We have a large dog who sheds a lot of hair and dirt, and the suction on both hard floors and carpet is brilliant at picking this up. It's really easy to set up, and maneuvers well particularly on hard floors.
It comes with several attachments so there is something for every floor type/space including the sofa.

This is by far a Brilliant hoover ! The suction is amazing I have a very hairy dog and my Son's husky stays most weekends it picks up all the hair easily , I have had many branded hoovers and this one is the most powerful I have used it's been great with my cats long white fur no more rubbing carpet edges with a damp cloth ! Plus great if you suffer from Asthma or dust allergy's ,no more sneezing when you are using it as no dust escapes from it . The carpet cleaning is great for intensive cleaning and removes stains effortlessly. All cleaner accessories fit neatly into the water tank , it really has been a pleasure cleaning my floors and upholstery with the The Aqua + thank you for choosing me to test out the Thomas Pet & Family cleaner and for making my hoovering a pleasant and satisfactory experience.

Never used a hoover with such strong suction, and that's just on the eco setting.
Only criticism is the size whilst doing the stairs. Whilst it does just sit on the stairs, it is awkward to move around.
Overall would highly recommend, especially if you have a malting dog!
