I ordered some sauces from thomasridley at a competitive price. They were delivered to ny home address less than 48 hours later and were very well packaged. Great service.

Bought box kp crisps 28th January still havent arrived emailed sales no response contacted them through facebook no reply very disappointed in level of service

Excellent customer service. Small problem with delivery sorted immediately and politely. Impressed. Cakes are excellent.

Awful! The only thing stopping me giving it one star is the fact that the drinks were quite a bit cheaper than their competitors. However only part of the order came initially - one bottle out of the 24 pack had smashed. Then the rest was delivered a good few days later with one pack of 24 being delivered as 23, they were all covered in glass and sticky. And then, the 24 pack of Coca Cola we ordered well, we only received 12! After trying to phone with no joy I emailed with photos and have received nothing! We normally order with bring me drink and I know they are more expensive especially their delivery costs but you get what you pay for! I ordered another pack of Coca Cola from them, it came in no time and was packaged really well. That’ll teach me!

I bought a product from them via the platform Onbuy. It arrived damaged and after leaving several messages on the platform with no response I emailed them directly. They responded and refunded me within hours which was impressive. I only knocked off a star because of their lack of response via the platform although this might not be down to them. I would buy, but directly, from them again

Completely useless and a waste of my time. Placed an order, paid for it, but they failed to deliver. Called them the following day and was promised delivery in a few days’ time, but they’ve just emailed me a credit note on the day before delivery was due to take place. The email said to give them a call if I have any queries, but despite the email being sent to me 10 minutes ago, it turns out they closed 90 minutes ago.

This is a company that’s been touting for my business for quite some time, so I dread to think how they treat long suffering customers once they’re on board.

Delivered at weekend despite being told we were closed, said they had resolved the issue when they hadn’t. Poor communication. Don’t read emails properly.

I received my order (000067311) from Thomas Ridley Foodservice today, I'm so glad that they deliver to the general public, it makes buying my food items much easier since I'm an agoraphobic, their website is a breeze to use and a pleasure to peruse, I've sent them messages on Facebook in the past and they are always extremely helpful.

Needed to change delivery address but sad goods had been despatched. On speaking to carrier parcel had not been collected and only sender could change but customer service would not do it
